The hotel is gorgeous, the staff was amazing. It truly made the difference in our trip to stay here. Do be aware that there are a lot of stairs in and out of the hotel if you want to walk around Zona Románica. I welcomed the challenge but it might not be so easy for folks with limited mobility. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in, I will 100% come back.

What a gem in PVR! Amazing staff that has nothing but smiles for you, all the amenities you need in the room, fun and chill pool area and a location in the action but still quiet at night. Appreciated the water fountain to fill water bottles and the ice cold AC in the room. Can't recommend it enough!

Pool is clean and often shady. Despite some stairs at hotel entry, all of historic Puerto Vallarta is an easy walk. No elevators. Buffet breakfast is pleasant. Staff is helpful.
