Quaint hotel

First day was excellent! The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The first day we got there the pool was a little cloudy but I think that’s because the large group of people had just left because the next day the pool was great. Our shampoo and body wash were empty but didn’t bother as much as we had brought some from home.

The property is centrally located in Guyabitos, which allows easy access to all amenities you may require. Plenty of shops, restaurants, pharmacies near by. The beach is a short 5 min walk away. And taxis are always easy to catch out front of the hotel if you need to go anywhere. The Beach nearby is easily accessible, and truly makes this place a good place to stay. The pool is decent, and the staff was great. You are in Real Mexico, and the area has its own charm. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great suite and front staff.

We had a great stay. The people at the front (Angie and Jessica) were amazing and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed with restaurants, stores, transportation etc. And they were great when we needed anything for our suite. Prompt and courteous. They made our stay worthwhile. The suite was great with a nice kitchen and dining area. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and we had plenty of towels. The service staff was also very attentive. Always asking if we needed anything and letting us know when they were cleaning to make sure we didn't slip or slide on our way to the suite. Overall it was a great stay. Unfortunately when we left we forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff. It is the first time that my wife and I have forgotten to do that. We had to leave quickly and she thought I was leaving a tip and I thought she had left a tip. We are very sorry we didn't leave a tip.

Family friendly

Hotel is family friendly, very clean and upkept room and pool. Location is on a busy street. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room has newer AC with ice cold air making our stay more comfortable. We stayed in a bungalow with kitchenette with appliances. Overall stay could have been more comfortable if pillows and mattress were upgraded, both were stiff- these could be upgraded any time soon.

La propiedad se encontraba en remodelación, (lo cual jamás notificaron) había demasiado ruido por las mañanas, al igual que no contaban con alberca ni ningún otro servicio que mencionan en la publicación! A lo cual nadie dio una resolución concreta nisiquiera quisieron realizar el rembolso a pesar de que lo solicitamos desde el 1mer día, 2 días se fue el agua (lo cual puede ser comprensible) pero llevaron una pipa para rellenar el depósito de agua la cual se encontraba súper contaminada por lo cual era imposible siquiera bañarse o lavarse los dientes (por lo que también tuvimos que solucionar ese problema x nuestra cuenta xq su única respuesta del personal fue que no era la única queja que tenían y que no podían hacer nada al respecto) otros 2 días tuvimos 0 privacidad ya que los albañiles pusieron un andamio exactamente fuera de las ventanas de las habitaciones así que un viaje de descanso y relajación simplemente fue una pésima experiencia! Si lo pueden evitar porfavor háganlo, les adjunto una foto de cómo salía el agua de las llaves.

Hicieron una noche bohemia hasta la madrugada que generó demasiado ruido en las habitaciones. No respetan el horario de cierre de la alberca y la gente ahí genera mucho ruido. Se acabó el papel higiénico, lo tuvimos que pedir en recepción y no se surtió (aunque la recepcionista Jessica muy buena para resolver). En el área de la alberca nos robaron unos lentes y faltó apoyo de la empresa para ver cámaras. El incidente te hace sentir inseguro, que no puedes descuidar un segundo tus cosas. La limpieza del agua en la alberca deja mucho que desear.
