Rooms could use an upgrade, however the room was very clean and daily serviced! The best thing about this hotel is its prime location! It is in the heart of la zona romantica and every place we wanted to go within a 15 min walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed in both an Adult/Executive and a Standard room. The former had more features along with a direct ocean view, but my Standard room was fine too. With a sideways view of the ocean. Both were very clean. The staff, in all cases, were wonderfully helpful, polite and cheerful.

I think the views from the balcony were great and the location. The building itself is just pretty old and everything is just outdated for the price, I guess. The location was also pretty decent. Our cleaning person was fantastic and one of the receptionist. However, my friend told me the older receptionist man was very mean to them.

A good value for the price. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well maintained. The hotel’s beachfront location is a major plus, and it’s conveniently situated just a short walk from shopping and restaurants. The food was average but acceptable. One thing to note is that our rooms did not include a microwave or mini refrigerator, which may be important for some travelers.

Our room was very basic. There was no lamp just the light by the door. Shower was small and water barely trickled out of the overhead shower head. Curtains we not blackout so the room was very bright throughout the light since we were street side. Staff was friendly and our room was always cleaned good. We did not do AI so I can’t comment on the food. We loved the location though! Would stay again.

The hotel was nice, perfect location beachfront, the staff were amazing the only complaint was the room were so outdated! We were on the 3rd floor and the room looked like from a 24hr motel. My friend had a room on the 7th floor and those were brand new! Beautiful rooms, night and day I would say. We didn’t complain about it we just made the best of it. But next time if I stay there I will request 7th floor or a way better room. FYI they charge for everything if you loose your key if you stain the sheets or towels which they were already lol. If you need and iron they lend it to you for only 2 hours. Other than that it was nice.

We loved staying here in the Jr Suite. As an LGBT couple, we felt welcome. Amazing view, perfect room, and excellent service. Loved the Nespresso in the room and the nightly turn-down! This was our second time here and definitely will be back! We appreciated access to the adult pool. The location is amazing and everything is safe and secure.

Elena was excellent in keeping our room clean and tidy. The staff around the adults only pool was also great. Our balcony view was the best. I would not recommend the food at the hotel.
