El menú fresco y variado, el bar sirve buenas bebidas, el unico inconveniente es que un dia se fue la luz por los fuertes vientos y el aire acondicionado se descompuso y estuvimos 2 dias sin aire acondicionado en la habitación y el calor era insoportable, en la noche se sofocaba y no podíamos dormir y el primer dia solicité que fuera mantenimiento por telefono para arreglar el aire y no fue y el segundo dia fuí directamente a la recepción para reportar el aire y que no habían ido el dia anterior y nunca nadie se presentó, hasta que nos fuimos. Y otra observación es que fumigan los pasillos de las habitaciones y amanecen cientos de abejas muertas en los pasillos de las habitaciones, deberían cambiar por un fumigador que no mate las abejas, eso me pareció muy delicado, por matar insectos, mueren las abejas.

I think this porperty has so much potential, yet the staff and maintainence are soing a horrendous job… They don’t stand up to give youbdirections or put any effort. The areas are anlittle worn down and also there are so many noices around, they knocked on my door at 6 am to see if I was still there… Anyway. Not worth it pay a little extra ho somewhere else

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and since we booked in July, it was a little humid, but when we entered the room, it was very fresh. The food was absolutely delicious and all the bartenders just kept the good times going with the drinks.

Clean but poorly maintained. Upon check-in nothing in our room worked. Air conditioner broken. Safe couldn't be opened, lamp dangerous electrical problem, large daybed in room with king-size bed for only 2 persons. Daybed could not be removed. Tennis court condition terrible, large cracks, poorly maintained. Quality of food much degraded over last visit. Biggest problem, full capacity with .thousands of children, but adult pool closed for our entire 9 day stay. Staff overworked. Much reduced entertainment schedule from last stay. Best thing beach area, Italian and Mexican specialty restaurant. Certainly 3 star is a stretch. Will not return despite living in Mexico.

The facility was full and they closed the adult pool and sitting areas. Many times closed 2 other pool areas. Thousands of children, no where for adults. We have been there before. Marked deterioration from last time . Quality of food way down, entertainment cut backs. When we arrived, nothing in our room worked. Air conditioning, lamps, safe , all broken. Had to wait for repairs. So full we could not be moved to another room until next day. People having to put towels on grass. Beach area good, Italian and Mexican specialty restaurants good. Tennis court conditions terrible, no maintenance at all. Staff appeared overworked. Adult pool area closed the entire 8 days we were there. Breakfast ok, but buffets awful, food reheated day after day. I had no idea e Why the place was overrun with children during school semester. We will not t Return and we live in Mexico.

The Grand DeCameron Complex Bucerias was magical. Charmingly authentic beautiful hotel complex. Friendly, gracious lovely staff throughout. Cleanliness is first and foremost. Lovely rooms with great views from every angle with lush tropical garden views or ever changing ocean vistas. The food at the buffet was beyond expectation. Freshly made entrees at every meal with something for everyone's pallet. Beach areas and pool areas are wonderful and family friendly. Bar areas are conveniently located. Not overcrowded or too loud. We are looking forward to returning soon. Muchas gracias por todo!

The food wasn’t very good. Good enough to get by for a short stay but that’s about it. Bar staff were great and prepared drinks quick but they were really lacking. Very basic. Cleaning staff were very nice but no extras in the room or mini fridge. No pool service for food or drink. Not a bad resort so long as you know ahead of time what you’re going to get. Check in and out were a breeze. Very uncomplicated, front desk staff were very prepared

Honestly the worst place I have ever stayed in all my years!! When we checked in they told us to scan a QR code to book dinners, got to room and tried to scan QR said no good! We went back to check in and they sent us to a different place, where said oh sorry iPhones don’t work!! lol my partner has an android and it doesn’t work! There answer oh well!!! You will have to line up here every morning at 8am to book a restaurant! We will be out tomorrow by 7 am and they really did not care! In the morning when we got ready to leave on an adventure, there was no hot water and when we turned the water on in the sink it backed up and all sorts of floats came out! This is when I said I can’t stay here! We talked to Expedia and they talked to the hotel who said they would NOT refund our money for the next 3 nights! Absolutely disgusting! Very disappointed in both Expedia and this hotel!!! We could not stay!! Got sick after one tour of buffet! The room was very tiny and hot, air conditioning did not work and while it turned on it was very noisy!

First and last time staying at this resort. This place looks nothing like the pictures on the brochure or online. Rooms- dirty, severely outdated, cracks in the walls, old beat up furniture, uncomfortable beds, a lightbulb in the bathroom for your light. No facecloths, only one bottle of water daily for two people even though you can’t drink the tap water or use it to brush your teeth. Room not sound proof at all, you hear everything. Food- absolutely disgusting aside from the omelettes at breakfast and a few other things. They tried to pass off cut up hotdog wieners for ham at the omelette station one morning. Even the specialty restaurants (good luck trying to get a reservation, almost impossible) are not very good, maybe one or two items are okay. The food is very much geared towards the Mexican people who are on vacation there and they get preferential treatment. Drinks- they use super cheap alcohol, and if you don’t tip every single time they are rude. And the drinks are not good. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool, they get saved at a very early hour every morning. They will clean the pool and add chemicals during the day so you can’t use the pool. Entertainment is terrible. There are better resorts around, don’t stay at this one. Better yet, find a condo or apartment to rent. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Way too expensive for what you get. This is a one star resort, giving two stars would be very generous!!!

Had to do a little walk to get to the ocean, walking across the street. No big deal if you don't mind walking, as the street has basically no traffic. Food was good, had a few issues with a couple of the servers, but no big deal. Rooms were big and cozy, property was in really good conditions, no issues whatsoever with room services. They have plenty of restaurants to pick from, but you have to remember to make reservations early in the morning because they fill up pretty quick and you have to do it on a daily basis. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with the buffets, which are not bad and they have two of them. Good variety of food. Two problems, though. They have plenty of pools, but they close them at 6 pm, which I never heard of. I didn't mind it that much because I love jumping in the ocean and I barely use the pool, but sometimes I like to go in the pool for a few minutes before getting ready for dinner. Other hotels usually stay opened until 8 or 9 pm. And my other main issue was that I made reservations through Expedia for 3 couples. And when I arrived to the hotel, they only found a reservation for one of the couples (not even mine) using the confirmation I received from Expedia. I was kind of mad because they say they had no way of knowing we were coming together and they oit us on separate areas. I don't see the point on making a reservation through Expedia if there's no communication among them. Bad experience that way and barely any help
