A lovely stay in the heart of the Romantic District. The staff were exceedingly nice, the room was charming and the "resort" is located right on the beach. The pools are ok but are better for young residents. The restaurant on-site (all inclusive) was convenient and offered tasty selections. We will definately return.

The location is the best part of this hotel. The pools and outside spaces, restaurant and beach areas are very well maintained and better than most in PV. The rooms themselves are very very small, rundown and old, that would be my only complaint. The staff is amazing and friendly. Tons of security and cleaning staff! I will stay there again.

Great stay at Playa Los Arcos. The hotel is in a great location in town and right off the beach. The pool had shade in the afternoon which was nice to be out of the sun if desired. Staff were very helpful - set up chairs and umbrellas on beach, drink service, and checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall the rooms were as expected and clean.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Hotel is very beautiful, Great amenities with the beach being just 2 feet away and restaurant on site. I really love it! The only issues we had was at our initial check in at the front desk. We were told that the AC unit for the room we booked was not working and offered to put us in another hotel at another location. At that time we were not willing to go to another location.
