I got to the property after arriving from the airport. It was 11pm. I called them so they could let me in. They made me wait 45 minutes outside the property just to tell me they had to cancel my reservation. I was livid. I had to look for another place to stay at almost midnight.
Stayed 4 nights in Sep 2022
