The staff Manuel at the front reception and Jesus at check in were extremely pleasant and professional. They both made check in easy and none stressful. The grounds are extremely well maintained and our room was beautiful

The staff were all amazing, so caring. Even in the difficult security situation that arose during our stay, they handled in fantastic and worked hard to keep everyone safe and happy. The fish house was amazing, and all the activities available throughout the day were awesome. Hotel was so clean, and it was so nice having the room cleaned daily. Great margaritas as well!!

The staff at Melia were absolutely fantastic, friendly, and helpful even during the uncertain times recently. The property was very clean, some of the rooms are a bit outdated, specifically the bathrooms but it's a small thing. They had nightly activities and a large pool, we only wish there was an adults only area but understood this is an all ages property. We loved our meal at Fish House.
