Our stay was outstanding. A great apartment with everything we could think of: clean, beautiful and all new. Service was excellent from the Maxwell team. Paula did a super job on checking. And the jewel of the crown is the rooftop pool with the best views of the bay.

The room was very nice and had nice views. There was a lot of street noise though. Also would have liked a better description of the room as it would pertain to the floor level and bedrooms. Great location and very attentive staff! Very accommodating!

Excellent location in the heart of everywhere you want to be in Puerto Vallarta. The pool is spectacular and immaculate with one of the best views I've ever seen. On site gym was also great with lot of equipment and well maintained. The unit was well-stocked with all the essentials required to cook some basic meals. The layout of the kitchen was great and very convenient to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. The only drawback for the unit we stayed in was the seating. The sofa was comfortable but the chairs and barstools were essentially strings/ropes that were uninviting and not comfortable. Even the outdoor sofa and chairs were made of plastic and not at the "luxury" level you'd expect at a place like this, which didn't allow us to enjoy the balcony as much as we had hoped. Not sure if this seating is specific to out unit, or all of those managed by Maxwell.

This is an awesome place to stay in old town/romantic district! The rooms are beautiful and the view is spectacular! The rooftop pool and bar is a great way to relax and enjoy the view. We will book this one again!

Honestly loved the entire building, from the huge apartment style rooms, to the luxury gym equipment, to the rooftop pool that literally takes the entire roof. Best booking in PV I would say. The ONLY thing I wish they would fix is to make the wristbands key access to the rooms and elevators because what’s the point of the wristbands. We walked around PV like tourist with wristbands that literally did nothing for us. Making them key access will help save time while trying to enter and leave the building in the sunshine or rain. None the less I would rate the booking 10/10
