no apto para delicados.

Es un diamante en bruto, requiere su buen mantenimiento, esta en una zona con gran vista, pero si tiene muchas carencias, en el lobby habia una parte sin barandal lo cual es muy peligroso. tuve que pagar un extra al hacer check in porque estaban llenos y la habitacion que me dieron era la suite de lujo, la cual tenia chinches en la cama y fugas de agua en el techo. valio la pena por el "cenote" artificial en la parte baja.

El Hotel se encuentra en remodelación, pero si vas estar en Boca de Tomatlán, Colomitos, Playas las Animas, Mismaloya, etc. Y lo único que deseas es un lugar para descansar y no eres whitexican o te la tiras de freson, este lugar está perfecto, no hay servicio de restaurante y bar, solo es para descansar!

Una barbarie, la casa del terror se queda corto a comparación de este hotel. Está en construcción o remodelación ya no se sabe, no hay limpieza en las habitaciones. Deje una pizza en la barra de la cocina y en 5 minutos se llena de hormigas, nada recomendable, no deberían dar servicio ya.

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no tenía reservada ni pagada una habitación triple, cuando, de acuerdo a la confirmación, lo estaba, para no entrar en conflictos ya que estábamos cansados pagamos 200.00 pesos por la diferencia. Los muebles, ropa de cama, toallas viejos, la TV y el aire no funcionaban, la alberca sucia, el hotel en construcción, antes de las 9 am comenzaron los ruidos, el precio no va de acuerdo con lo que te dan

Robbed by the staff

Well the first impression was good but then after the cockroaches started coming out it was a little discouraging but I was ok with that the view was amazing and the construction was going on 24-7 even on Xmas eve but that’s not the worst getting my car broken into and lots of personal items taken was a real bummer and It just happened to be that the cameras didn’t work in that area because of the construction and management did nothing about it but just gave me this oh well and I’m in a Volvo semi alarm had to go off and they did it when I went walking to the beach it was done by the employees I’ve stayed all over the place and never been robbed by employees usually it’s the locals so I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here with all the construction debris loose balcony rails and missing tiles that you can stub your toes on I wouldn’t recommend this place ide go somewhere else not kid friendly at all no Covid safe practices either

Hotel Rustico

I'll be honest. It's under construction. But the rooms are clean and sheets fresh and the view is a multimillion dollar view. When you want South Pacific type water.. it's here. There is a stone built natural tide pool on the beach. The swimming pool is very clean and nice. There is cable TV, WiFI is strong in lobby but not so much in the room. If you can stand limited construction noise then this is a deal for the price. I love it. Shopping and food closeby in seaside village Boca de Tomatlan.

Hotel que no debería de recibir huespedes

Por dónde empezar, este hotel es una estafa, se dice que está en remodelación pero casi literal es obra negra, las habitaciones súper sucias con mocos y pelos en las sábanas, en el piso del baño cucarachas, sin agua caliente. No deberían de recibir huespedes ahorita que se encuentra en remodelación, las únicas habitaciones disponibles se encuentran al lado de donde están trabajando los albañiles, por lo tanto está el ruido. La vista al mar es lo único bello de ese lugar, lamentablemente no se podía disfrutar de la vista por los albañiles de al lado.

La ubicación y la vista y la alberca natural de este hotel son únicos. todo muy bien. se tiene que considerar que actualmente está en remodelación y ampliación, sin embargo los vale.

***DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTE*** the hotel is under construction. The pictures are nothing like what the hotel looks like . They literally put up boards at night to keep random people from walking in the property as it has no walls (looks like it’s being de gutted. Expedia should take down their listing !!!

they messed up my reservation room was not ready had to stay in vp suite for night. it had roach big as my hand not cl eaned. mold everywhere.. Got better room next day. They did not speak English . took 4 days to be told had to leave key to get room cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels toilet paper. Water out alot lot times no hot water and air electric out 1 day. veiw was great

El hotel está magnifico para los amantes de lo exótico y la naturaleza, aunque tiene bastantes áreas de oportunidad por mantenimiento de instalaciones no me gustaría dejar un mal comentario ya que mi familia y yo nos la pasamos de maravilla, desde el balcón de nuestra habitación pudimos avistar varias ballenas en el horizonte, fue algo magnifico!
