Definitely worth the price

Good location by bus terminal, 2 min walk. Hot water in large shower. Large, comfortable king bed with AC and two ceiling fans. Ten minute walk to beach or central area. Rooftop terrace with chairs. Very clean. If you take the one-bedroom apt, remember there are two separate bedrooms so you may share common area and kitchen only. You have your own bathroom in your room. You have to wait until three to check in. Building is now blue, not yellow and has no sign. Look for address on blue wall. There is a rooster right next door which woke me many times a night. I'm a light sleeper. It is definitely worth what you pay for, I would book again. TV in common area is Roku.

I booked a 2 bedroom with kitchen. When I showed up they rented my room and gave me a room with two beds. There was 3 of us. Absolutely terrible room was underground no windows

This accomodation is very poorly maintained but the owner- mattresses are worn out, pillows are smelly and stained, bathroom fixtures are rusty, kitchen utensils are old and scratched beyond safe to use, no cutlery to work with. Would never stay again nor recommend.

Nothing to do with pictures, beds and linens were not what the pictures show. Bathroom and bedroom very outdated. No receptionist, had to wait in very hot weather and standing for person in charge to come and check in.

This is a bait and switch people. The rooms are NOT the ones in the pictures. I reserved quad with kitchen and got single without even a fridge. Food spoiled of course. No wifi. No one ever at the property to address your concerns. Look elsewhere.

Sayulita

We arrived a day early. (By mistake) but they let us check In. As the room wasn't booked that night. A little difficult to find and the hotel only has 3 rooms. No elevator and our room was up 4 flights !!! We were a little skeptical at first. But when we reached the top, our Room was rooftop and very comfortable. Sayulita is a town off the beaten path from PV, no high rises here, so we were pleased with this choice. Staying in town would have been a little more convenient, but then we would have had the parking issue.

Horrible, jamás me dijeron que tenía que compartir el apartamento con extraños,eran tres chicas que se la vivieron en fiesta con ruido y no dejaban dormir… el hotel debería especificar que uno no está solo y que tienes que compartir sala y cocina con extraños.. JAMÁS RENTARÉ OTRA VES AHÍ.. MUCHO MENOS LO RECOMENDARÍA
