I am not sure I understood this was a condo hotel. No typical services of a full service hotel. Thus, "room" is a studio suite. Spacious.

The property itself was quaint as if the guest were almost a community. There were common seating areas to gather which guests did during our visit. The property was one block from many of the best restaurants in Bucerias and two blocks from the beach. The staff was very friendly as well.

Hidden gem close to all the main spots in bucerias Loved the rooms and balconies. Felt like a house and not a hotel, pool was great and staff was super friendly. Will be back !!!

This place is a gem. If you want every bell and whistle, perhaps it’s not for you. If you want quiet, old world charm you’ve found the spot. It’s location is perfect for a stroll to the beach and some of the best restaurants in Bucerias.

The property is in a good location and close to the center of bucerias. Room is clean but basic. Nice building and authentic decor. I felt safe but the facility is more like an Airbnb than an inn/hotel. Overall I would recommend as good value for what you pay.

We had a very pleasant stay, kind and helpful host, clean and comfortable room. Liked the unique building architecture and the abundance of vegetation along with the fish pond. Close to the beach and many restaurants yet far enough away from the crowds and noise.

Clean, quiet and friendly.

Hotel was clean, quiet and secure. Very friendly owner and staff. Just a few blocks' walk to the beach. If I return to Bucerías, I'd be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Lush greenery and fun art and sculptures everywhere. Mature plants made it feel like we were in a forest. Our room 205 was very large with a big balcony right above the pool. The pool was gorgeous and shaded Fresh cool water. Fountains and koi pond in the terrace and comfy chairs to relax. Walk everywhere!! Beach 2 blocks away! Everything you need for a long or short stay.
