I have been staying in this little great hotel for over 20 years and it’s always been a great experience. The staff it’s super helpful. The hotel is always clean. They have 2 birds in a cage next to the lobby, it was sad to see them still covered the cage at 10am 😮‍💨. The community kitchen Was very clean! Friendly staff!

Second time staying at posada de Roger and it’s my new go to hotel in PV. Location is excellent! Clubs, bars, restaurants and beach steps away from the front door. Quiet rooms of all different sizes and excellent air conditioning! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Kitchen open to the guest is a great perk. Freddy’s toucan next door is great for breakfast, service and food is excellent. One last note. If you are looking for a 5 star American style hotel keep looking. If you want great accommodations and feel like you are visiting puerto Vallarta Mexico I highly recommend this place. Thank you hotel posada de Roger Jack

Stayed here many times. Staff is great. Was upgraded to a room with a balcony upon check in. The rooftop pool is the perfect size to cool off anytime. Keep in mind it’s an old building in the old part of town. If you’re accustomed to Ritz Carlton you’d be happier staying somewhere else. But if you’re okay in an older hotel with 5 star service at a great price you won’t be disappointed. Popular restaurants, shops, hospital and beach are a 1-2 minute walk away. Location and service make this the perfect place. Taxis and Ubers are always nearby.

I like that its clean, staff is very helpful, beautiful green plants and if I call the front desk, they immediately bring my towels or anything we need. Plus our rooms air conditioning worked excellent with the heat & humidity. Also its close to the beach and many eateries close by. I would definitely stay here again!
