The staff was fantastic. Special thanks to Manuel, Perla, Bris, Leslie, Angelica. I was really happy with the location, very close to the beach and short walk to shops, excellent restaurants and the Malecon. The pool was a nice cooling retreat with poolside service. I hope I have an opportunity to stay here again.

The hotel was very well maintained and the suite was very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is close to many restaurants and stores. We were able to walk to many places. The room was in front of the beach with a balcony. Breakfast served was varied and delicious.

In terms of price, perfect!! Situated near the malecón for great evening walks. And may I mention, a must dine at seafood restaurant called Tía Ñaña, about a 5 min walk :)You’ll thank me later :) Rooms are clean, great pool, lots of shopping nearby.

Staff is extremely friendly, more so, the staff ensures that you are totally satisfied with your requests and provides suggestions when venturing out. I would absolutely stay here again. The AC in the room was VERY nice to walk into, given the extreme heat in the dead of summer. Breakfast is tasty too!

Very friendly staff . Our flight got there a few hours early and they allowed us to check in which was amazing. Francisco went above and beyond to take our bags into our room and showed us around the hotel. This location is walking distance from the Malecón which is the shopping strip with lots of vendors. 10/10 would recommend. I plan on coming back next year

Our rooms were cleaned so well, I Loved coming back to the room after being out all day, and it always smelled so fresh. The staff were so nice, very welcoming and they didn’t bug like other hotel/resorts I’ve been too. The free breakfast options were good and I enjoyed them every morning. The beach view is good if you’re on the top floors, this place is not on the beach just to be clear, their is one pool in the roof and if you get the layout chairs early enough you will have a beach view. I just wish they made the pool more lively, it was so quiet up there, I just wish they played good music and loud enough to enjoy.
