We were very pleased with this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, rooftop pool was great with no trouble getting chairs, the room was spacious and had an amazing beach view directly facing the sunset each night, and the location was perfect. Away from the craziness but only 5-10 min walk to the Malecon, great restaurants in the area, convenience stores, restaurants, and a grocery store all within a couple blocks, and a short Uber ride to anything else in PV (including a $10 ride from the airport). I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite with an Ocean front view and the room was incredible. Very spacious with a kitchenette (the fridge kept our drinks COLD!) a massive bathroom, comfy bed and ample space for our stuff. Best part was the VIEW! Having a room right on the beach was amazing. We visited the rooftop pool multiple times during the trip and loved it. We had amazing pina coladas up there. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful during the stay and the free breakfast was a nice perk. They had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for us to bring to the beach which was appreciated.

My room was very clean and kept that way throughout my stay. Very quiet also. Beautiful full ocean view from my 4th floor room. All the staff I met here are amazing. Made to order breakfast every morning lots to choose from. Rooftop pool is wonderful always found a place to sit to enjoy a delicious Paloma during the afternoon and a great spot to get some amazing sunset pictures. I will stay here again.

Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. We had a city view. The room was well kept and the maid service was great. The staff really rose to the occasion during the cartel violence. They managed to put together a dinner for everybody even though it was dangerous to go out and buy food. The pool area at the roof is very good. We really enjoyed the stay.
