This hotel is amazing! The staff was amazing. They have a sister hotel with an awesome pool and bar with awesome views. it is also walking distance to everything that you would want to do in Puerto Vallarta. The staff exceeded our expectations with everything! You will not regret staying there!

This is a really cool place if you are not looking for a resort type place but more older Mexico, which iS what i was seeking. Kinda older mansion vibe with lots of corridors and stairways, with patios liviving rooms and even a huge kitchen for anyone to use. Not to forget a cat that warmed up to me with some coaxing. One thing I think they should consider, is making it an adults only BnB. This place has an adult vibe and there really isn't much going on for kids anyway...just saying

Loved that it was old and beautiful and tucked into a quiet place in the city. I could see it from the bridge while walking back from my explorations, a welcome sight. There were a couple of clean, pretty cats walking around enjoying the safety of the place (and the sunny spots) Overall, felt very homey

We were welcomed by Ivan who was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was nice and cool, included WiFi, towels and unique room layout. We were walking distance to the Malecón and surrounding areas. At check out we wanted to explore a bit more and the host graciously let us keep our bags, vehicle in the garage for a few hours after the 11am check out. She made a recommendation to visit Cat island ( we are a family of 4, children ages 8, 10.) they enjoyed it. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I reserved the property based off other reviews and the sites description as being advertised as a luxury hotel but upon arriving, everything was really dated. The entrance to and out of all the doors was super and inconvenient because there were several keys for each door. There is really no dining or snack options on site unless you do the breakfast which to be honest wasn’t that great quality. The room was nice but I was convinced to upgrade due to it “being the best room and lots of different amenities and privacy” when in fact it just had a private terrace but I saw other rooms and they were comparable. The staff was great but there is no elevator and there is no overnight security. Overall, it felt more like a hostel experience than it did as a hotel.
