Overall a really good experience. Medium size hotel, nice beach, nice swimming pools, good food, good drinks, most of the waiters offered good service, housekeeper really nice. The activities' staff had great attitude. Hotel is in a good area, attractions nearby. Specialty restaurant, Frida, gave us a nice surprise dessert for our anniversary.

The room was wonderful, the ocean view was breathtaking!! The staff were excellent, very kind and courteous. Shoutout to Cesar and Jesus they worked the bar in the lobby and also by the beach club. Courteous and excellent service!!

Musical entertainment food, cleanliness was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the ‘adults only’ section of the resort. Awesome lap pool, hot tub with its own restaurant and bar. They really put out big for New Years with a 10 piece band and fireworks!

Staff are courteous. Room has a plenty of space and smart Tv is a big plus. Four restaurants, pizza, ice cream and coffee bar make every day special. Too many adult zones and adult pools which is good for adults, but not for families with middle aged kids. So we swim in the sea most of the time.
