Excellent customer service. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and very clean . We enjoy being in the pool and staff that were in charge of the games and activities in the pool were great. The breakfast and the food in general was delicious. My wife and I enjoyed eating seafood at the mariscos restaurant close to the beach. We had a wonderful time at Fiesta Americana and we would like to come back soon , this vacation was unforgettable, thanks to the all the staff at the Fiesta Americana Hotel 😃👍

I’ll start by saying the hotel is old. Despite that they’ve maintained it pretty well. This isn’t a luxury resort but if it tells you anything we booked another trip to return here in a few months on our way home. The staff is amazing and they were quick to address a maintenance issue in our room. Our son was in the pool the entire time which was great and the food options were really good- not Michelin star but better than other all inclusive I’ve stayed at and there’s plenty of variety. The cevicheria on the beach is actually really good - I’d go there as a standalone and pay for it to be honest. Great vibes and I think a really good value.
