This resort has everything you need. Great location, clean, well maintained, friendly staff, beautiful views of the bay for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Some great servers we remember is Johnathan in lobby bar at night. Miguel is the best pool server ever! High energy and always gets you what you want or need before you can think of asking! Aldo at the Italian restaurant was great too!

Overall a fantastic experience! The tipping/signing of checks was very confusing at the beginning and I suggest that be explained to guests clearly at check in. We’ve been to other all inclusive and you never sign anything. It’s way too much paper with all the receipts and then sometimes no receipts. The property itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly and fun. Loved water aerobics with Edgar! Japanese restaurant was by far our favorite.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well kept. We stayed for 5 days and there was enough variety of food and drinks that it didn’t get repetitive. The A la Cartes were delicious, the pool menu had a huge variety, and room service also had lots of options. The location is wonderful as it is an easy walk to Bucerias, and it has a great beach. The gym was nice and clean! It had a low variety of weights, but it wasn’t a big issue! The resort would benefit from a daytime coffee shop that was part of the All Inclusive, because you could really only get coffee easily from the breakfast buffet. There is a Starbucks on site for extra purchase. It would also benefit from an ice cream spot for kids during the day. The Creperie was wonderful for this (and had delicious crepes), but was only open at night. There also seemed to be an issue with chair availability by the pool. Even though management said you couldn’t reserve chairs, if you came at 10am they would almost all have belongings on them. I think management was trying to help this, but not successfully. That being said, the pool itself was very nice and had lots of different areas with varying depths. The only other issue we had was that it wasn’t ideal to have to sign a bill every time you order something; even on All Inclusive. Overall, this resort was really great. I would definitely recommend it, and we will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed how quiet the resort was. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and felt like home. There was one particular person who made our trip exceptional. Alonso, who sits in a booth outside the resort, went out of his way to get me some distilled water for my CPAP. He drove back to his home town and picked some up for me as we could not find any in the stores nearby. Thanks Alonso, you won't believe how much that meant to us. We did notice that on certain days some restaurants were not open, the brochure said the Japanese place is open on certain days, but the International was closed one evening and the Mexican place was closed another evening leaving a very limited selection. Most days there were no beach chairs available. At check in they clearly say that you can't save chair, yet every morning you would see people out throwing towels on chairs and then leaving. Also, I understand that it is a members resort, however the so called 75 minute presentation was 3hrs. Not to mention the push by sales people to make you become a member was revolting. They say no obligation, but they passed us through five different sales people to try to get a sale. We asked for a copy of the Terms and conditions, but they would not provide it to us unless we put down $1000.00. What company runs this way. Immediately a red flag was raised, what are they hiding. The more they pushed the angrier I got, especially since it took our entire morning.
