The front gate was locked. Unable to contact anyone. Guest let us in. Found a key for empty unit. Under renovation. No sheets or towels. Around eleven pm acting manager shows up. Has no record of us coming. After four days of no sheets etc we paid him for four nights and moved out. I tried numerous times to TALK to someone at Hotels.com. Not pleased atallwith my last two bookings with Hotels.com
