Great location in Puerto Vallarta with the pool right out your door and easy beach access from the condo as well. Tons of space in the unit and worked great for our family for our vacation.

The accommodation has been neglected by the owner. The property manager didn’t even show up once even though I arranged a time and waited for him. He did communicate through WhatsApp, but he just kept saying to check the property description. Here are some of the problems, even though we love the complex (Kite Towers) we have stayed in a total of 5 units. The amenities, beach and Staff are great. The master bed mattress is hard/very firm, we did not use it. The pillows are also large and uncomfortable. There were a lot of bugs in the kitchen. The fridge (is not the one in the picture) is small and was not cleaned well. I had to clean it. The gas stove needs to be lit with a lighter and the temperature indicator are nearly invisible. There was no paper towel, salt and pepper or dishwasher tabs. There was toilet paper and dish soap. The window behind the sink was splashed with dirty water, food etc and bird dropping, this window was unlocked upon arrival. There are 3 bar stools, one broken (dangerous) Needs lightbulb in front room main light fixture (ceiling) The shower caddy was nasty and there should be a bath mat in the bathroom. The drying rack outside is old and rusty. There is a large broken BBQ, the patio furniture outside is also in poor shape. People come to Condos to cook. Here you can boil, fry or reheat. This place would be great if you want to eat ham sandwiches, order food delivery or just drink and pass out. So unfortunate, because the location is fantastic.

Pool was freezing and dirty. Beachfront was messy and unattended. The condo was dirty, condo host was not responsive to our requests. We will never stay here again. Keep scrolling!!

Me di cuenta que pagué un alto precio por esta propiedad luego de ver lo que ofrecía. La comunicación con la empresa arrendataria fluyó al principio sin embargo al llegar al apartamento reportamos una puerta de acceso a un cuarto auxiliar que no cerraba (esta daba al jardín trasero) ,dos controles de AA que no funcionaban y nunca fueron a solucionar Los utensilios de cocina muy viejos , los sartenes quemados y la vajilla y vasos nada uniforme e incompletos La ubicación es perfecta, si tienes coche puedes llegar a una gran variedad de restaurantes y supermercados. Es muy segura y tranquila, el plus es el acceso a la playa Volvería al mismo condominio pero no a esta propiedad por el precio y atención que no nos dieron cuando los necesitamos
