We were in the Indigo room. It was comfortable, plenty of space. Good wifi. Well equipped kitchen. Rooftop pool and scenery were amazing. Lots of stairs both from Malecon to hotel and in the hotel so you will get your exercise. Will stay again. Only downside was issues with tv connection for late night movie

Outstanding views from the rooftop terrace. Very walkable to nearby attractions (beachwalk, plaza, restaurants, nightlife, etc.) Cleanliness and decor of the rooms. Property has no elevators, so be prepared for several flights of stairs. The surrounding area is not flat, so walkabout maybe arduous for some.

Newly built, well decorated with good aesthetic sense, small but feels like home, quiet street, easy access and a great roof top with small pool with a great view. Loved it.

Loved this place. The property itself is very beautiful and quiet and has a stunning view of the surrounding neighborhood as well as the ocean. I stayed in the Studio Olivo which was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler and had a large, very comfortable bed, as well as a nice balcony area. Do keep in mind this part of Puerto Vallarta is hilly, and Casa Pancha has a few floors and no elevators, so it may be strenuous on some travelers. Breakfast was simple but tasty and the rooftop pool was very nice. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The property was very well located in el centro where you could walk to el malecon and many restaurants and to el mercado. I loved the pool area in the 4th floor with the beautiful view. However, the only downfall was the lack of hot water in the shower. Not too fun taking cold showers in the morning! lol. Besides that, beautiful place!

The front desk/host was not very helpful during our stay and after! They charged my credit card twice for the stay and didn't get back to me after I tried both calling and texting them. I also had some sort of leak with in the bathroom that they were unresponsive with. The only plus side is we were able to check out much later at 3pm without any additional charges which we were grateful for.

We stayed in the room that was called Deluxe Queen room w/no window. I appreciated the lack of window otherwise it would have been really loud. It was still pretty loud (since there was a dance club directly above the hotel) but we were aware of this. They provide ear plugs. The cons of this room are, it’s right off reception which for me was a little uncomfortable. There were very few surfaces to lay stuff out. The bathroom had a open top so anytime one of us had to use the bathroom, for the private stuff, the other had to go out by the pool. Perhaps this wouldn’t bother some people but I like to keep some sounds private. Other than that the location is in the heart of the action and very well maintained.

Lack of customer service.

Host was not supportive or understanding. I personally reached out 2 weeks prior to arrival date to inform the owner of a family emergency. Asked owner if I could please get a refund. Owner said no. I requested could I move the date to 1 year later no. Could I move my stay to anytime later due to emergency no. Very disappointing and will share with all of my personal friends this information. It's sad that this owner does not understand empathy of life when things are out of my control. Customer service is gone Hotels.com agents were amazing and really tried to help me solve and they reached out to hotel owner as well. With no luck. Hotels.com was outstanding

La habitación es muy bonita, con espacio suficiente, en buen estado todo. El colchón es muy cómodo, la cocina muy completa. Lo único es que la habitación esta a nivel de calle y por la noche la patrulla nos depserto por el ruido y la sirena y en general los ruidos de la calle se escuchan mucho.
