We love staying here. Rooms with the balconies are renovated and spacious. Other rooms have just enough space if you’re spending most of your time at the beach. Not a lot of room to move around, however, clean and comfy.

Location. The hotel is in a great central location. Easy to get to all of the things going on in the Zona Romantica. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean, but fairly minimal. We changed our room from a standard to a balcony. The standard was quite dark. The patio was very nice and a good place to hang out by the pool and also after hours at night. It was a nice place to come back to after a busy day of adventuring and moving about town.

Great location and clean which are the most important features. They could try a little harder at selection and service at the pool and not rely on the sister hotel for all the good stuff.
