This was a cute, charming hotel! The staff worked hard to keep it clean and beautiful. I felt safe staying here alone and they were really responsive if I had questions. I would recommend this hotel! I hope to go back.

The property is very clean, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. We originally stayed on the top floor, but the room we were given had a thatched roof which is very nice. However, it was not sealed and the roof acted as an amplifier of noise from outside. They changed us to a regular room, and that was much better and quieter. Other than that room, I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Ask about umbrellas and chairs for the beach in the office. Otherwise $300 pesos at the beach itself.

Great rooms, large, huge closets, clean modern bathrooms. Private pool, shared kitchen outdoor area. Chairs and umbrella for the beach. Terrific location, you can walk to the beach,vrestaurants, shopping, the park, groceries all within 1-5 minutes. Towels provided!! And a cool refrigerator in room. Does not allow children, otherwise we would book for our whole family at some point.

The property/ rooms were very nice. Service was good. The only negative were the roosters that started crowing at 3am and did not quit all night. The roof eaves of our room were open so there was no way to shut off the noisy roosters outside.

We were very pleased with the property, its location and cleanliness. The only hiccup was our arrival: the website says the reception is on Latin America Street when in fact it was on Mexico Street next door to the hotel. We called upon our arrival and waited for over a half an hour to get the key, not knowing that it was next-door, and we could’ve gotten it right away. also, it would have been great to get the wifi and code to the gate that gets locked at night upon our arrival. We did get locked out our first night, but luckily found someone to let us in. There is a great breakfast spot Nextdoor (no meals served at the hotel but there is an outdoor kitchen if you want to prep your own food.) All in all, a great experience and we would definitely return!

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The pool deck was big and enjoyable. The staff were great. The location was perfect. The room access is a bit weird as the only window is the sliding glass door, which is also the entry door. If I wanted outside light, I needed to leave the blind open but then I had no privacy.

Lovely room. Pretty quiet. Super clean and comfortable with a great staff. Tricky to find the condo because there's no name on the front of the building and maps stops working on 3g network. Take a screen shot of the map before you get to town if using Verizon.
