The property is very clean, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. We originally stayed on the top floor, but the room we were given had a thatched roof which is very nice. However, it was not sealed and the roof acted as an amplifier of noise from outside. They changed us to a regular room, and that was much better and quieter. Other than that room, I would definitely stay there again.

The place is great, only issue is the internet was not great in my room and dropped out frequently. Otherwise lovely. Well pls note the town itself is chaotic and has lots of trash on the road.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Ask about umbrellas and chairs for the beach in the office. Otherwise $300 pesos at the beach itself.

Great rooms, large, huge closets, clean modern bathrooms. Private pool, shared kitchen outdoor area. Chairs and umbrella for the beach. Terrific location, you can walk to the beach,vrestaurants, shopping, the park, groceries all within 1-5 minutes. Towels provided!! And a cool refrigerator in room. Does not allow children, otherwise we would book for our whole family at some point.

The property/ rooms were very nice. Service was good. The only negative were the roosters that started crowing at 3am and did not quit all night. The roof eaves of our room were open so there was no way to shut off the noisy roosters outside.

Lovely room. Pretty quiet. Super clean and comfortable with a great staff. Tricky to find the condo because there's no name on the front of the building and maps stops working on 3g network. Take a screen shot of the map before you get to town if using Verizon.

La habitacion estaba en el primer piso y justo a lado del cuarto de limpieza y frente a la puerta de acceso al hotel, demasiado ruido y no de la calle, si no de las mismas personas del hotel, conversaciones de los huespedes que se quedaban en la entrada y del personal de limpieza que gritaba mucho para comunicarse con la recepcionista. Cuando limpiaron la habitación del segundo piso se escuchaba como arrastraban muebles y fue muy molesto, no pudimos descansar. la habitación no estaba muy limpia tenia tazas sucias, mal lavadas y las toallas estaban sucias con manchas se notaba que no habian sido cambiadas, no se veian blancas limpias. El baño no estaba muy limpio. Dudo en volver a hospedarme aqui por esos detalles. La ubicación del hotel si es muy buena.
