Usually stay at Buena Ventura but couldn't get a room for all nights so tried here instead. Check in was a nightmare. Black mold in shower. Room was not even cleaned on 2 days. Sink leaked sending water onto the floor. For some reason AC got up to 78 degrees. Couldn't get anyone to look at it until the next evening. Miserable in 95 degree weather. Bar tenders were great. Hostess at main restaurant was nice. Buffet was just so-so.
