Unique and charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family. While the immediate neighborhood is a little gritty and noisy, it is in a great central location to walk to restaurants or take short Uber rides to Versalles, Centro, Zona Romantica and beaches. The only negative was that the advertised pool restaurant/bar was not operating. This was disappointing as the convenience of having breakfast, snacks etc. on site was one of our reasons for booking. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite. The kitchen was nicely supplied. There was dish soap, dish cloths, a toaster and a blender which are things we don’t get in most hotels. The room was nicely large for two people, we really enjoyed the space. The patio outside was a nice place to do my morning yoga practice. The pool was a great place to cool off and sit by a waterfall while relaxing after a day of touring.

Had a very restful 2 week stay. Stayed in the penthouse and it was huge. Had everything we needed. There was some street noise at night. It was about 20 minute walk to the Malecon and 10 minutes to the beach. Mona, Cali and Caralee were all wonderful staff that made our stay!

This hacienda is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to experience the charm of Puerto Vallarta while enjoying comfortable accommodations and excellent hospitality. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, with special mentions to Dani and Kali. We stayed in a spacious studio for five nights which was clean and well maintained with good AC. While there was some noice from traffic outside, the location overall was convenient.

This was an incredible experience with such nice staff that took good care of us. The restaurant & pool area was so wonderful to just hang out & relax, the food is excellent. We stayed in one of the Villas, which are very clean & roomy- the beds comfortable and spacious with plenty of closet space. I only have 1 complaint- the spiral stairscase in the villa is difficult to maneuver, not an easy climb especially for someone older. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.

Callie was wonderful and it was clear that she wanted to be sure we felt welcome, safe, and comfortable. The two bedroom townhouse was absolutely ADORABLE. It was light, bright and had authentic mexican tile, plus two beautiful coopulas, with all the comforts of home. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was delicious. We couldn't be happier. If your looking for an authentic Mexican home away from home this is it.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hacienda Lord Twigg. The staff was amazing, the food and drinks delicious and the suite we booked was beautiful. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I will warn people that the suite we had was equipped with a spiral staircase. So for those with mobility issues, or even super heavy large suitcases you might be in trouble. I also really loved the fact that the suite had a fenced in parking spot for us to use. It was not very big, but was nice to have as street parking in the area could be challenging. The neighborhood is a bit far from a lot of the main touristy spots, but for us that was a positive. There are still great restaurants within walking distance, public transportation nearby, and even a Soriana a couple of blocks away. I would definitely return - for longer next time.

The property was very pretty with traditional colors and beautiful tiling. The location is @ 20-30 minute walk from the Malecon, 5 minutes by Uber. At first glance, the neighborhood didn't seem very inviting but it was safe, and pretty quiet. There were two nice coffeeshops a few minutes away, a supermarket two blocks away, and we discovered three great restaurants @ 10 minutes away--Ascensio Tacos, Oreganos and Mar y Arena--small, neighborhood gems with creative menus! The room was comfortable and it was great to have a kitchen. The bed was really on the firm side. The outdoor pool was pretty, would have used it more if it was heated! Staff was attentive. All in all, a charming little hotel, away from the main drag.

This property is under renovation but is well maintained and very nice. The down side is the area, it’s right by auto repair shops that pump music all day (fortunately I liked their taste) and work into the night. It’s a 30 min walk to the Malecón, 5 min to Soriana’s, and there are great little restraints and coffee shops near by. We would return.

When we arrived we were told that the pool was being fixed. It was late and we were assured that it would be a couple of days max. Next morning we saw that the outside area was a complete construction zone and not usable at all. This was a huge disappointment and something that was not conveyed to us prior to our departure from Canada. We ended up having to leave . We felt lied to. If someone wants to book this property find out if the construction has been completed. Also be aware that it is in an area with light industry. There is a body shop across the street and it is noisy for 12 hours during the day.

El personal fué muy amable, durante mi estancia estuvieron en remodelación y obra. La habitación muy bien , sólo no leí el libro de indicaciones y si no solicitas la limpieza no se realiza. Considero que el lugar es muy agradable si viajas en familia , lo recomendaría las habitaciones muy bien equipadas con lo necesario. No me gustó que no tienen el sistema de facturación en automático, tendré que esperar hasta el día de mañana, mi viaje fué por trabajo y es muy importante presentar comprobantes de gastos facturados.
