Hotel is great.

Mariela at the front desk was wonderful. Our room La Playa was beautiful, though a little noisy as it was right on the road. Would definitely stay again, however I would never book through Expedia or Hotels.com as they were terrible in helping me book this room.

Eduardo, Maribel and Ricardo bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. Irene and spa staff delivered exceptional relaxation experiences. Jorge and the bar staff at Si Senor provided amazing breakfast each morning and cocktails in the afternoon. And sometimes each morning. ;) Can't wait to go back!

It was raining when we first got there and the roof was leaking in La Costa so the floor was wet. Also the hot water was hit or miss. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing being right on the ocean. The pool and yoga area was very nice. The staff was very receptive and friendly and spoke English which was very helpful.

What a view!

So many stairs! 80 stairs to our room. We should've been warned when we booked. There was mention of stairs but we didn't expect that many. We are in our 80s and managed with no problem but it would be a problem for most people our age. Bed was very comfortable, friendly staff. Large partially covered patio with amazing view of the beach. Would recommend Amor Boutique prividing stairs are not a problem.

This property did have beautiful gardens and grounds, and the room was very private and bed very comfortable. However, I felt pics were misleading, as there are no common areas available with any ocean views, all pics are from specific rooms only. We were at the top of many stairs and service was very limited. Only a push button lock on the door, not secure at all and difficult to lock our own door from the outside. This property was hard to get to, especially with a car.

The beach view, location and staff are excellent. We did run out of hot water when showering and the water is warm vs hot. Out of the hotels control is the very loud music from the bar on the Sayulita beach from 5 pm till 3 am, including Sunday. Unfortunately it ruins your enjoyment of the evening. I recommend staying in a location that doesn’t have a view of Sayulita Beach or out of town, to enjoy an evening and night free of loud techno pop repeating beat 5pm-3am. How one bar can impact millions of dollars in revenue for property owners and real estate values is strange. The music from other places in town is at a reasonable volume.

Disappointed!! The establishment was not worth the cost nor the hype. We stayed in La Costa room: it was not very clean, the furniture was dated and dirty. You could only enjoy your view to the ocean by standing at the kitchenette counter, because you couldn’t draw the curtains open. No point in paying more for ocean views. ☹️ The worst part were the centipedes crawling on the walls and on the floors. You couldn’t go barefoot for fear of stepping on one and getting bit. There were no phones. When I requested for a hair dryer, 2 hours passed by and nothing: my husband had to go downstairs and ask for it, again. The room was not at all comfortable!! Overall, it was a huge disappointment!! We checked out a night earlier and no questions asked. Big surprise! Check out all your options!
