The atmosphere was very nice and quiet, we liked the location and the nature that surrounded us. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the transportation was very easy and reasonably priced. The tours were much interesting and fun. I would definitely visit here again.

Arrived at deep forest garden hotel and was greeted by staff, they had even given us a free upgrade. Staff were very polite and helpful and the area is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for tranquility and peace this place is a must.

The pool area was lovely and the whole place made us feel very relaxed, staff were very kind and friendly and couldnt do enough for us, food was ok but could of done with a desert menu but all in all would definitely return on our next trip. Thsnkyou for having us x

Expedia has false advertising with the property, the jacuzzi doesn’t work. Also it’s not a beach front and other amenities don’t work. Very disappointed but staff was amazing with food options.

This property is completely falsely advertised online. It's is old, run down and the facilities are out of date. The local staff were lovely and helpful and are obviously doing what they can with what they have. It needs so much work. The bugs in the room on arrival was not ideal. Everything is old and run down. This is not a 3 star hotel and has been falsely advertised with misleading images on Expedia.

Forest deep in the city..

Friendly staff, big rooms air conditioning nice and cool. So many plants and trees, like being in the jungle without the mosquitos. Good clean pool, good food, carvings and statues, everywhere fantastic.

Fun stay at Deep Forest

It was a nice place, clean felt like a piece of the country and tranquility right in town. Reception was friendly and helpful. It was close enough to the airport and whatever you needed. Getting transportation was easy. You could even rent a motorbike right at reception.

Great customer service and facility and room are satisfactory. The location is not walking distance from restaurants and other tourist areas. You’ll have to take tricycles or taxi to get to the city and other tourist spots.

I had a great stay at the Deep Forest hotel and thanks to their super friendly staff that's extremely helpful . The Deep forest hotel is very unique in many ways , from the many detailed wood carving that I admire , to the colorful surroundings and the nature landscape the blends everything into one ...
