I’ve traveled quite a few destinations and this Casa Belina is one of the best tourist inns that I have stayed at. The entire staff are all very courteous and friendly, the rooms are kept clean always, the WiFi provides very strong signal, the owner is really hands-on (he even was at the main door of the lobby to welcome us when we arrived). Airport pick-up & drop-off very precise timing. The front desk staff Tony & Jane took care of all our tour package bookings to the Underground River, Honda Bay island hopping and City Tour. I will definitely recommend this place when you come and visit Puerto Princesa !!!

If you want a 5 star hotel facility on a low budget, look no further. Very lovely and humble staffs make your stay memorable. Free shuttle, breakfast, drinks this one is gem in PPS town close to airport

The staff was excellent, very helpful. Room ok, comfy bed and pillows. Wifi worked well. AC unit was not possible to adjust the temperature for some reason. Breakfast was ok. Would absolutely stay there again.

Very accommodating owner and staff, welcomed us upon arrival and served us with fresh mango juice- so refreshing after long hours of travel. Complimentary airport transfer was a plus! I highly recommend this place. Very organized as well. They will ask you right away what breakfast we would want based upon their menu and what time it will be served. I feel like the owner treats his guests just like his own children almost :)

People working on this place are very attentive, diligent, caring and dedicated to make you feel better than home. Take care of every detail to make sure you feel comfortable and cover your needs. Also have free shuttle to and from airport. Very clean, close to Robinson Mall 20 minutes walking distance. The owner personally welcomed me at check in and check out. Better service than a conventional hotel. I've stayed probably in more than 300 hotels, hostels and capsules. Highly recommend this place and very likely will stay here next time come to Palawan.

The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

This property has comfortable enough beds, ac that’s cool enough, and enough space to move around in the room. The only problem we had at the barkada room is the shower. Water from the shower would spill over to the toilet area. Also there were not enough electric sockets for a room good for 6 persons. The pick up and drop off airport shuttle however was superb. Our Cebu Pacific flight time was changed to an earlier time without proper communication and our group missed the flight. Casa Belina did not disappoint. The family that owns the place always welcomed guests at check IN. They make sure guests are comfortable and attended to. Some staff though take forever when you ask them for something like picking up the trash even if we don't want a full housekeeping service. We had to take put the trash outside the door for them to notice and pick it up. Also, they charge you corkage for outside food.

The staff were absolutely brilliant showing true hospitality on my stay even with me being sick in my room they checked in on me and made sure to drop my breakfast up to me each day to make sure I was comfortable. Only thing I will say for constructive criticism is about the beds is the duvet (or lack of) was very light not providing much cover/insulation at night from the A/C. Other than that I would very much recommend especially with the included transportation to and from the airport. Great value.

We had a wonderful stay & would highly recommend Casa Belina. The staff was super attentive to our every need. They provided a complementary shuttle to & from the airport. After we arrived, they offered us a drink and went over all of the different tours, and then, booked them directly for us. They provided a home-cooked breakfast each morning and had it ready for us prior to the arrival of our shuttle. Anthony was particularly professional & his attention to detail really made our stay that much more enjoyable. We are a family of five, so it is not always easy finding accommodations. We all stayed comfortably in one room. Great stay!

My family and I had a one night stay at Casa Belina and the staff, especially Jane, treat you so well. We started our stay with a complementary van transfer from Puerto Princesa airport to the hotel and were welcomed by Jane when we arrived. This property is extremely clean and the staff do well to make you feel at home. Jane was also very helpful in booking us a city tour as well as arranging transportation for the next part of our trip. If we ever go back to Puerto Princesa, we will definitely book at Casa Belina again.

This is a great option for Puerto Princessa. It is on a pleasant-ish side street w/ multi restaurants & ATMs in walking distance. It is small w/ 6 rooms. Very clean. The room was spacious w/ robust A/C & window over a planted green garden. It was easy to keep my water bottle filled. Small snacks avail for a fair price. Unlimited ice for my beverages was a highlight for me. Breakfast was also very good. And free airport transfer was appreciated. Id definetely return here!
