Was here for a week visiting family. The staff was extremely attentive and was very helpful with the shuttles back and forth from the hospital. You can tell they actually care about their guests. I would recommend to anyone coming to Puerto. While here we had massages which were great to unwind, the women do a great job. We also had room service which was good and the breakfast. Their on site restaurant for lunch and dinner is amazing as well. thank you to the staff.

This was a most enjoyable stay from the moment I arrived. The Manager and all the staff I met were very welcoming and accommodating. Shout out to Robert, the concierge. The facilities are great for a 4-star hotel. Room was large and bed comfortable. AC unit is quiet and effective. Washroom wasn't spacious but was well appointed. Food in restaurant was good/great. Only weird thing was no view out the window but I got over it.

Great overall experience. Beautiful hotel, good amenities, friendly staff and the room was spacious and clean. Room decor is a little outdated but that is just about the worst thing you can say about this place as everything else made up for it. Breakfast buffet and was actually nice with lots of options.
