Perfect resort for families or couples. Extremely kind and fun staff, always trying to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Excellent food!! My partner and I loved the meals. Clean and well maintained resort. Had an amazing time. Not only do I recommend, we will be back next time we are in Puerto Princessa.

Our room is Spacious and clean, there was a plumbing issues but solved quickly, all the staffs from front desks, tours, housekeeping, restaurants, security, landscaping, and spa SERVED professionally with a SMILE. They generously accommodated us for a quick change of our drop off for the airport departure time with a breakfast meal to go. They exceed my expectations! Spa Experience can be improved. Since it is out of the way from downtown Puerto Princesa, and if you are planning to have a day tour, make sure to asks if the tour is going to happened. OVERALL, I will Recommend Astoria Palawan from food, accommodation and communications!

The room was always very clean, the staff very friendly, polite and helpful. The pool was amazing, warm water. The restaurant was excellent, food delicious and large buffet breakfast. The beach was not the best but they had a free shuttle to a very nice sand beach. Live nightly entertainment. Really enjoyed the stay.

The staff around the entire facility were very welcoming and very committed to keeping a professional and welcoming demeanor. The location is good as it offers a very quiet atmosphere with touristy spots not too far off, especially if one is willing to travel by vehicle or tour van.

Even though the beaches were closed after a recent typhoon, the stay at Astoria Palawan was still wonderful thanks to the clean rooms, great facilities, delicious food, and the exceptional hospitality of the staff especially Sir Vic, Sir Michael, Sir James, Chef Arturo, Susan, Roldan, John Dale and Ariel. The resort made the whole experience memorable and enjoyable.

Rooms were nice, dinner buffets were fantastic. I quite enjoyed the cultural dancers and fire dancers. Breakfast was very good. Only issues we had was eating a la carte, seemed there was confusion on where to eat and when. Some of our group wanted a la carte but still sit with those that wanted the dinner buffet, it seemed very difficult to set this up and that they were pushing to just eat the dinner buffet. Tours are great, easy to setup.

The resort is great, nice rooms and next to a waterpark (walk 5min) which is nice. Very kind people all around and the buffet (breakfast and dinner) are really great (even though we normally don’t like buffets). Perfect service, couldn’t have been better.
