Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities were enjoyable, and everything met our expectations. The only downsides were the large number of mosquitoes, particularly around the outdoor play area, which made it difficult to spend time there and fully enjoy the space. In addition, while the private beach was a nice feature, it could have been better maintained and cleaner. Addressing these two areas would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Aside from these concerns, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel.

Would highly recommend this property! The staff were fantastic, the rooms for clean, and it was lovely being able to order a drink from the pool. There was a private beach within a short walk, or staff offered to take you in a golf cart. Just a really great place to stay within walking distance of other things as well

This place was a great stay. Staff is very friendly and caters to your needs. The area is very safe you can get around in golf carts that you can rent very easily. It’s clean and well maintained. & the hotel restaurant serves great food.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Ocean Winds Hotel!!! The service was beyond outstanding, the room was gorgeous, and the view was breathtaking. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — if you’re thinking about staying here, DO IT! I will 100% be coming back!

Very impressive stay. It's like a mini resort. It has all of the fundamentals you'd look for in a resort, but on an intimate scale. I'd come back again. The prices at the restaurant are a little high for what is served. However, when you factor in the cost of going off site, and the quality of the food, it's not the most expensive. The food was good overall. Bookmarked and might be coming back

Nice to have a refrigerator, a microwave would have been nice. We did have to wait for 45 minutes for breakfast. It was a good breakfast. The gate was closed when we arrived so we had to park down the street and walk up to check in.

The property is quite new (still upgrading). Phenomenal staff, very pleasant, helpful and attentive. It's the perfect place to just relax (pure R&R); great pools with priceless views of the mountains. The property is equipped with a restaurant, bar & cigar store. As for the room it gives a beach cottage feel when you walk in, with the wood furniture and white linens. Kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, stove top and a coffee machine. Private parking available. Safe to walk around off property. Beautiful private beach, not walking distance, need a golf cart (available for rent). Special thanks to Alexis (ready to solve any issues), Claudia, Ruth, Felix Alexandro (security - very attentive).The property owner is always around making sure guests are okay. The property is clean and well kept, room for minor finishing touches and constant hot water (if that's for you).

Brand new, Places is great, the staff is awesome. I traveled with my wife and two small children to the hotel. I stayed for about a week. I found it to be very nice. They had gated parking for my bicycle & for my rental car. The location for me was a good one just down the hill to Yenny‘s market also not too far from From The Beach. The breakfast is included and it was really very good. My family and I enjoyed the pools so very much. I would definitely stay here again. The pool table & ping-pong were lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I ordered the pasta. My two hungry babies were able to split it. It was a bug portion. My wife liked the tropical drinks. I would stay here again. There is nice areas to bicycle around near the Lagoon. It’s quiet over there. They also have a rooftop pool, which is pretty cool. The staff is very helpful. Many speak very good English others know enough to get by in order to assist you well. The bed was quite comfortable. I had friends stop by. They liked the place & said it was really good. I like the coffee & my children like the watermelon drink with the ice. I find the place to be well maintained / very clean. I got a 2 bedroom, it had 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, two full bathrooms. The televisions were in each room along with the air conditioners.. Everything was modern. It’s a wonderful view of Mount Isabella that you see when you have breakfast or lunch the food was rather tasty. We ate lunch there a few times

Wonderful place the location was excellent the beach is like 3 minutes away on a golf cart they will drive you there and pick you up it's a private beach customer service was excellent they are wonderful people very helpful and friendly Miguel, Junior and Joaquin and all the girls I would difeninily come back and recommend to friend family and anyone looking for family oriented hotels the location close to downtown 15 minutes the room name superior was excellent my wife and I traveled with to our grandkids they enjoy the swimming pools and pool table I was presently surprised with this hotel
