Pros-Honestly the best food I ever had at any all inclusive anywhere. Legitimately really good food. The rodizio was fantastic. Pools are great, staff is super nice, easy to get drinks at bars and towels at pool. Cons- outdated rooms, small bathrooms, too much travel needed for nightly entertainment(not easy if you have kids&strollers)wish beach was nicer. Pretty noisy at night. Overall-the good far outweighs the bad. I would definitely stay here again and recommend them.

Old resort, the room is outdated, old towels with wholes, stains on the ceiling, pillows feel like rocks, we couldn’t control the ac. I think it’s on purpose because they have a time sharing system so you are desperate to upgrade for a better room. Employees are friendly and hard workers. The beach service is great. The pool is dirty we didn’t get inside. The entertainment at night was fun. Another problem loud peacocks during the whole night, poop in our balcony daily. We are not going back to this chain next time.

Overall our stay was ok other than the need to do request upgrades on rooms and furniture. The incorrect rooms were provided at time of check in resulting in furniture arrangements. Also the bed was to old and uncomfortable in all 3 rooms we booked, tv didn’t work and we called for assistance and nobody came to fix it. Food was excellent. Lastly the Bar Tender at the pool bar would always demand tips, making comments like “ you have been here for 3 days now no tips”. Again overall the stay was ok, resort, pools beach all beautiful but truly expected a better stay especially since this was our first time at this resort.

Staff were very good, warm friendly and efficient. They responded to any concerns e.g broken showerhead. They were unable to address the non-functioning TV which was too bad as we missed a week of Olympics. Also we were not aware that we were required to attend a Vacation Club presentation and thus missed an excursion to the mountain that our friends had arranged.

Everything was perfect Jennifer assisted us when we arrived she was amazing, very helpful extremely nice made sure our room was prepared for us and some changes that needed to be made she was able to help us with that, she also made sure we got dinner reservations at Rodizo a restaurant I had been wanting to go to, she was so kind to send a Birthday wine bottle to our room for me as I was celebrating my birthday everything was perfect it has been a while since I last visited thank you very much …see you next time will recommend
