Excellent location for being in the heart of kite surfing!!! Super amiable staff, right next to a couple of beach eateries and in the mix of all kite folks hanging out, really cool even for us wanna be kiters! I especially loved the spotlessly clean room! Great value for this hotel!

Old !! the best was the walk to the beach, the area dirty. Only 2 places to park the car outside in an ugly area. Cabarete beach, restaurants and little fun 7 minutes by car. Definitely expensive for how it look the hotel,

The parking situation was challanging. They have a whole parking lot but keep it locked at night and do not allow overnight guests to park there and have them park on the street after the 3 spots are taken up.

Outdated Inn

The place was scary looking and did not seem secure. Everything was outdated, smelly, etc. We only stayed there one night and then moved. Pictures were not accurate with online description. I hope people really check reviews and how current they are. Owner should invest in fixing up the place.

Einfaches Hotel direkt am Strand, ideal für Kiter. Zum Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Bars ca 2km. Leider liegt es aber auch an einer sehr lauten Hauptstraße….

The inn is in a good position, safe and cheap. People were very nice. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms are a bit hostel-like but the main downside was cleanliness (the sheet ls were stained) and a bit of a smell coming into the room. Anyways it’s decent accommodation for the price.

this is a great small hotel. Kenny at the front office is wonderful and Lucy the owner is great. It on Kite beach next to the kite board club and has great ocean views and kite shows. We were 5 ladies and we loved it and always felt safe and comfortable.
