the staff and the food was great the hotel administration wasn't great and the check in process suck , wanna to charge extra for a 1:30 early check in. Our ac was broken took for ever to get another room. the beach was nice and the employees , but not worth the almost $300 a nite. my opinion.

This is my favorite hotel on the northern coast of DR! In addition to the five star amenities, easy access to the beach and comfort of the rooms, the staff are amazing!
