We arrived in Jan (off season) it was super quiet and what we wanted (we were the only ones there besides staff) allowing us to take amazing pics (I haven’t n loaded yet) it was a great experience. Although at night, I did get a tiny bit concerned when we went back to tip the staff and there wasn’t anyone to be found. Nothing bad happened in fact we are planning on coming back. The view was great the amenities were great as well. We ordered dinner that wasn’t included and breakfast and it was tasty. They gave us unlimited free coffee and there was water in the room too. Also there was beer in the room refrigerator but we didn’t touch that because we didn’t know if it was a charge for it. Only thing I would change is for front desk staff to be a little bit more friendly. The interaction was a little bit awkward kind of unwelcoming but other than that everything was great! We referred them already too many locals and our family and friends back in the US

We called ahead for a late check-in and were greeted at the gate by a man holding a shotgun and a beer. He proceeded to show part of our party to their room and stated that he would be back to take the “gordita” to her room, meaning myself. Entering the room, there was no air conditioner running until he turned it on, which was a portable unit and nothing, and I mean nothing, was plugged in. Our welcome drinks were 2 hot bottles waters. The rest of our party came to my room because their a/c was not working in their room and mine was working at a minimum. Early in the morning, we had an excursion pick-up at 7 am. We were unable to address the issues we were having with our accommodations because there was no staff available and to also address that our power was completely out at this time. After returning from our excursion at 5 pm, we packed our belongings and met in the lobby to checkout. Thank God for Luke, who was a Rockstar! Luke handled the situation like a Pro and needs a raise!

La infraestructura de las habitaciones es excelente, encontrándose completas y en óptimas condiciones para el descanso. Asimismo, es justo destacar la afabilidad y buena disposición de los colaboradores, quienes brindan un trato humano muy amable. No obstante, existe una discrepancia significativa en la gestión del régimen "todo incluido", ya que la oferta gastronómica es sumamente limitada al no contar con servicio de buffet ni snacks, sumado a inconvenientes técnicos que impidieron el consumo de bebidas básicas durante la estancia. ​Considero que el establecimiento tiene un gran potencial, pero actualmente se ve empañado por políticas de servicio restrictivas, como el horario de salida a las 11:00 a.m. sin derecho al almuerzo final. Es una opción económica donde el huésped debe estar consciente de que recibirá un servicio elemental. Recomiendo al hotel revisar sus procesos operativos de alimentos y bebidas para que la experiencia del cliente esté a la altura de su buena infraestructura y de la calidez de su personal.
