All staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable. Especially the bartenders Jordanny Joan and German. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet exactly what I need but I was very disappointed with the food and drinks, very little options. We paid for VIP service but we had to walk outside of the hotel just for a drink which was the same as the regular bar. DONT PAY VIP

Ok. I like everything is there. One thing i had an issue is that i didn't have hot water for 3 days . I stayed block 6. No hot water . I called the front desk to fix the isuue but a guy come he was supposed to fix it but all he did is turn the water for 20 min nd he told me its warm now but the issue did not fix. No hot water in my room i dont about other ppl. I was disappointed it. Overall it is excellent place .

This hotel was such a wonderful and accommodating experience. The all inclusive resort had everything we needed and more! Was able to get not only delicious food at any time of the day, the little shops had everything and anything I needed we weren’t able to get before we got to the resort (sunscreen, beach bag, water, etc). The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to what we needed. Always offering more drinks refills, taking our plate when empty and anything for the room service they provided almost instantly!! Would recommend this Hotel 100%!!
