Caribbean restaurant was pretty good. beaches have a lot of seaweed and no fun. If it’s all possible, I would use their other location at playa del Carmen which was great

Room was okay and the food was average. The resorts needs some basic updates, lots of cracks and they were repairing the concrete ceiling outside of our room. The pools were nice, the beach was thin but still very nice. What made the experience subpar was the staff pushing for the time share presentation. We were harassed when we got there and with many phone calls after. Other couples were approached at breakfast unexpectedly. They claimed it was 90 mins, one couple we chatted with went and it was 2.5 hours. The staff was pushy, rude and pressured each couple to attend even after saying no multiple times. Left a base taste

Staff was great, everyone friendly, the food was impeccable - honestly the best from the all inclusive I’ve been to. Facilities also great, my kid loved the children club and child minding. The only thing that could be better was the second bed in our room - was supposed to be two queen beds, but we got one queen and one sofa bed. The sofa bed the mattress was really uncomfortable, my mom has fibromyalgia and was in pain during our stay. Otherwise everything went really well. We’d come back if in a two queen beds room. The beach is also not great - is a small beach space and it has sea weed.

Check in time was way too long. They just look to get you in timeshare type of presentation and make you VIP member. The beach is terrible and could not be even call the beach, water is brown with see grass all over. Not possible to swim in such ocean. The only good thing is personal who clean hotel well and food at buffet restaurant. Getting into specialty restaurants is just wasting of time, at Italian restaurant took us 2.5 hours to get the food we did not order, because they didn't have the fish we ordered, just brought us something without telling us prior to it.

Stayed for four days and had an amazing time. The staff are really friendly and very professional. Absolutely 0 complaints about the food because everything was super good and they have several options. They are doing construction on the property but however once they are complete it’s going to add more beauty than it already has. Can’t wait to return.

Even if it was the low season, the hotel did not have enough entertainment for the guest. The bar closed at 11pm every night, which is way too early!...we went to a local bar twice during our stay to find some entertainment. I will say that the food was great, the rooms were nice and clean, and the staff very friendly.

Though there were very few guests, we had an amazing time. My husband and I were there for my birthday and the staff were amazing. By the end of our trip everyone knew us by name and addressed us very warmly. Food was amazing. Grounds and room was updated and clean. We look forward to coming back to see what it all looks like after renovation. Happy we got to have the place nearly to ourselves. I know it will be a hotspot soon.

They called it a soft opening, we did not realize that meant there would be construction. 4 of the 6 resteraunts were closed. Half of the pools as well,i give them slack since it was off season. The alcohol was name brand and the food was excellent. Staff was super,it was nice overall.

Overall, Selection Riviera Cancún - All Inclusive is a great resort. The staff was excellent and the food was great. The road leading to the resort needs major work. At the time of our visit 09/29/2025 - 10/02/2025, the resort was undergoing renovations. We did not have beach access and at times there were issues with the hot water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would visit this resort again when the renovations are complete.

The property was beautiful but undergoing renovations in certain sections. Lots of areas closed off due to construction. However, it did not interfere with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent! The drinks were also excellent. Overall, a wonderful time. Would definitely go back.

Resort was amazing. Italian restaurant was very nice for breakfast and dinner. Mexican not so much. Night timw you could see alot of mosquitoes there. Also they should bave more than just 2 restaurants open all the time. Other suggestion would be food options bh bar area.. They did hamburgers one day and Paella one day. People should be bale to orded to the pool if they want to since there is only ome swim up bar. Staff was extremely friendly. Activities guy for fun. Marcelo at the front door is very njce. Bar staff kept refilling our drinks.
