desde nuestra llegada, la atención al cliente fue de indiferencia y grosera, no nos ofrecieron ninguna ayuda ante la problemática que enfrentamos al llegar aquí de que sólo se agendo Hugo, cuando éramos dos. en las instalaciones de la Playa no te permitían usar áreas especiales en la playa y querían cobrártelas o condicionarte a comprar un tiempo compartido para poderlas usar, cuando nosotros separamos un all inclusive, nos hicieron un doble cargo, y al final se negaron a hacerme la factura, la limpieza y el orden de las habitaciones estuvo muy bien, sin embargo, el trato de todas las personas que trabajan aquí de gran indiferencia hacia las personas de habla hispana, se enfocan en atender a los extranjeros. La comida está simple y de baja calidad para el costo de el lugar.

Te hacen sentir como en casa, trato VIP 100% todo el tiempo, desde los chicos de Concierge, Meseros, bartenders, todos son excelentes personas dispuestas a hacer que pases tus días como una verdadera vacación, disfrutando. Los restaurantes son delis, la comida de lo mejor, bebidas del bar de lo mejor, todo un lujo. Lo único destacable es el servicio, tienen un trato excelente todos son muy amables y te saludan con una sonrisa, te hacen sentir como en casa. Lo malo es que como fuimos con un bebé de 7 meses la espera en los restaurantes para la comida y la cena era demasiada. Además, las villas familiares son las más alejadas del lobby y los restaurantes y al solicitar cambio de habitación nos dijeron que las únicas habitaciones céntricas tenían costo adicional. Finalmente decidimos pagarlo para que nuestra estancia fuera más cómoda pero el hotel en general es muy caro para lo que realmente es, por lo que finalmente se pagó hay otros hoteles con mejores amenities. Definitivamente no volveremos nunca más.

Me gustó mucho el hotel porque es pequeño pero tiene de todo para que los niños se diviertan, una buena opción para bebés ya que tienen de todo para facilitar tu estancia. La comida es buena, nada extraordinario, la atención de la gente buena sobre todo las del Spa muy amables
