We had a really great stay overall and would definitely consider coming back. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the pool areas were great, and the food offered good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A couple of areas could be improved. The bars felt understaffed in the evenings, leading to long wait times for drinks. Also, not being able to book specialty restaurants on the app was frustrating. I Overall, a very enjoyable experience with just a few operational tweaks needed to make it even better.

No beach. This is an oceanfront proprty with plenty of pools. Pool side and oceanside chairs are hard to find even during less busy season. Property is old and so is the room furniture. Staff is very friendly and service is very quick. Onsite spa services are extremely pricy, it's cheaper to get those in usa.

We just returned from a wonderful 4-night stay with our family of four, and it was such a relaxing, memorable experience. One of the highlights was the pool area. Renting a cabana for our stay made all the difference, as lounge chairs filled up quickly. It gave us a comfortable, stress-free spot to relax at each day. The service throughout the resort was truly exceptional. A special shout-out to Eduardo and Emmanuel at the Breeze Bar in the evenings. They went above and beyond to make our nights fun and enjoyable. Miguel at the Italian restaurant also stood out for his fantastic service. The dining options were a big win for our family. We especially loved the sushi at the Asian restaurant. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway with great service, relaxing amenities, and good food. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
