Everything was absolutely perfect. The only thing was the buffet at night is not open every single night, as someone staying there the whole trip I feel like as it should be open for the people daily. Or else you’ll be stuck in these two hour wait lines at the restaurants inside the resort. The hotel itself was kept clean 24/7.

Ver nice resort but I can’t get over the beach. They tried really hard to clean the sargassum, but in the end we travel to see a clean beach and clean water. This resort is not for us. The sand is incredibly soft and the resort is amazing for kids. I love the entertainment and options for food. Foam party and the beach trampoline made the little one’s trip.

Small but easy to get around! Everyone was incredibly nice and they loved their job. The seafood restaurant hands down was the best. Belisario was incredible. A lot of activities for families and kids and the live entertainment at night was definitely a plus. Our room was spacious and they came every day to clean. This was a wonderful resort! I loved it from the beginning to the end. It was beautiful and most of the food was really good. The staff was wonderful as well and very helpful. 2 things I didn't like were that the activities didn't always have the location listed so we'd have to ask. Also, there was a lizard in my bathroom and when someone came up to get it, it had disappeared. And I was on the 6th floor. Other than that it was a great experience overall and I highly recommend it.

Great pools, staff and food. It was wonderful for my family’s vacation and ll of found something to enjoy. The gym was great and the kids club was loved by my 7 & 9 kids. Hallways are very loud at night and you may want a sound machine if you are an early to bed type. We will be back!

The staff were super kind and helpful, rooms were very clean, bathrooms were clean and chair turnover by the pool was great. If not in use the staff cleared chairs after 30 monites of not being used. Only downside of the resort were pool bars closed at 6 which isn’t very late, and there were wedding and parties almost every night. Felt like the weddings took away from the rest of the guest who were staying at the resort. The spa is a bit pricey but total worth it especially when there are deals going on. Taxi services are blocked inside the resort so you have to use the resorts transportation which is insanely pricey.

Overall, the staff was very friendly. There was an issue during checkout that was not handled well. It was unfortunate to end the vacation on that note but everything else was very nice.

Stay was good. The only issue we had was dinner reservations. We couldnt get in anywhere until 9 pm. The resort was nice and we had the nicest beach on that strip because they were constantly cleaning the seaweed up.

Traveled with three families with kids ages 4-7. The place was great: pools were awesome, food was better than expected. Staff was all around outstanding. Sometimes when busy was hard to get a sun chair, and dinner reservation system was a bit wonky, but we got everything we needed. Water slides and lazy river and kids clubs were major pluses. Beach is so-so compared with some others, but pools were great. Strong value for money.
