We had to change our flight and would arrive a day later than planned. We attempted to reach out the hotel to coordinate but got no answer. When we finally arrived, no one was there and we were informed through Expedia that the hotel considered us late and cancelled our reservation. So we were stuck out in the cold at night without a place to stay. The day we were leaving Puerto Madryn, the hotel finally messaged us the check in information. Never been so disrespected as a PAYING customer. Would NEVER recommend anyone book with this hotel. HORRIBLE experience. And they did NOTHING to help us, just took our money for three nights and kicked us to the cold street.
