You have to remember this is an underdeveloped area. It’s quiet, uncrowded, with an awesome restaurant ( Ernesto), and beautiful view. Serene, surrounded by mango groves, cattle farms. But you can’t bathe in the ocean ( currents too strong), can’t go anywhere in town unless you spend 50$ for 25 min back and forth trip.

Amazing stay!

Fabulous resort, everything is first-rate. 5 stars. Two downsides: the beach is rough, not usually good for swimming, but gorgeous to look at; second, it’s far from town, so you’ll either need to take taxis or rent a car to go do things. Favorite activity was the baby turtle release, right in front of the resort 2x a week.

Property is nice. Pools and everything clean and good. Service is ok. The front desk person needs to be more pleasant. Perfect place to stay and like to chill. Quite a drive into town to the clubs, but worth it. The drive back late was very safe.

Hotel is very far from anything and there are no activities there. The beach is not swimmable. The road to get there is very bumpy and takes 20+ minutes to get down from the main road. Very expensive for what it is.

The apartments are very nice. New. Clean. The property as well. The problem is the service at the bars and restaurants. Extremely slow. For some French fries we waited more than an hour. Any meal takes 1-2 hours. I also became very sick on my secondary from food poisoning from something I ate at the restaurante. To get any service it is very hard and limited.

El lugar es súper lindo, y cómodo. Está el tema de las toallas de playa, solo te dan una vez y te dicen que en el departamento está el centro de lavado y nosotros hay que llevarlas. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había wifi que lo estaban solucionando y se tardaron día y medio en tener wifi, y no hay señal en el celular.

El servicio muy muy malo, no se alinea con el precio. Mala administración y liderazgo logístico, no ponen atención al detalle. Execesivamente lentos, se le olvidan las cosas que pides, no ponen atención, las habitaciones las limpian muy mal, no reponen las toallas, te hacen lavar las toallas de la alberca, solicitas algo que ofrecen y no contestan, pedimos de Comer a la habitación se tardaron horas y nunca recogieron los platos etc. mi esposo tuvo que trapear porque cuando lo hicieron el agua estaba sucia y apestaba la habitación, pusimos nuestras toallas en los camastros mientras iba por una paletas para mis hijos y nos quitaron las toallas. Primera y última vez que voy a ese hotel no lo recomiendo para nada, la alberca no la limpiaron ni una vez, el agua se puso turbia. El mal servicio Es realmente excesivo, cuando haces un reclamo te contestan que están llenos, definitivamente no tienen la capacidad para atenderte al nivel de lo que cobran y menos en una época que saben que es concurrida. Recomiendo otros lugares parecidos como las palmas, o marea en Zihuatanejo, villas Akumal En Cancún. Nos sentimos estafados!

Pros: Beautiful quiet and relaxing resort, very clean, 3 pools including a children’s pool. Cons: Far from everything, the road to the hotel is a dirt road that’s very bumpy, beach is not swimmable.
