The hotel is very clean with great location on Zicatela Beach. Front desk, Miguel, is very responsive, and attentive (especially for travellers like us who were new to Pt. Escondido). Breakfast included was good and handy. You can explore anywhere from here via walking or taxi. Take in all the beaches! And the fun La Punta area.

Staff was nice. From front desk to kitchen. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Soaps smelled good. They upgraded my room for no additional cost. A brother in law stayed with me and my wife, on the sofa. Even though it was booked for 2 people they gave me a great deal for letting him stay there for 3 nights

This is a good hotel to stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Zicatela beach was only across the street. Good restaurants only a few steps away. Quiet and very safe place. If you use the swimming pool or go to the beach they lend you towels. Highly recommended.

The property in close by to the beach. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff was always friendly and helpful. It has two pools, restaurant and bar. We had breakfast there food was good. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We will be coming back.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I had a basic room which was roomy enough, comfortable bed, good shower, AC, etc. Pool on location was small but nice; staff very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was good. Resort style stay in Zicatela

I booked this hotel for one night to experience the Zicatela area of town, while I normally stayed in centro. The rooms have fridges but no coffee makers, which is odd at this price range. But the very good complimentary breakfast in the morning makes up for it.

The staff were wonderful. The property was constantly being improved and maintained during my stay. The best spot in zicatella, right across from the big waves and surfers. Great food at hotel and all around. I was even able to find parking for my moto during my stay.

We really liked being directly on Zicatela beach and close by to other surfing areas. The shops and restaurants are very much a beach type vibe. Good location, good A/C, warm water, pool and free breakfast on site. I do recommend ear plugs as the music can be loud some nights. Thank you.

The staff is very helpful. I recommend the breakfast with it's selection of 8 breakfast types. All 4 that i tried were delicious. The beach is across the street with easy access. There are several good restaurants near by. The pool is well maintained as is the property.

Great deal and very clean right on the beach

The Rockaway is a great deal. Very clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning, delicious breakfast with lots of options, two pools, right on the beach, and all for a very affordable price! We happened to be in town during the Zicatela Surf Competition and it was happening directly in front of the hotel. We would definitely come back!
