Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Room was horrible, no a/c no towels ( we have one upon arrival) that was dirty and wet probably from previous guest. No bath soap, beds in bed shape, old linens, we keep asking for a couple of bath towels all day and we received only one with holes on it. Bathroom door busted with damaged lock, no elevator ( we stayed on 3 floor) so we dragged our luggage all the way up. They change the cost of the room at the last minute.(we end up paying per bed) HORRIBLE!!!
