We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff made all the difference. I truly appreciate establishments like this that offer services with the proper staff - lots of workers and very friendly. The place was spotless. Service was immediate and the boutique-style hotel is fabulous. Our room was quite rustic for our taste. When I stood in the shower, I was looking at the staff and other hotel guests out a small window, making it a little uncomfortable. Very little privacy. This was our first time in PE. I was in Sayulita in Nov 2025, and the prices are competitive. Both places offer unique services, but we paid a significant amount of money for a hotel like this. It was probably due to the time of year, so we will need to plan better next time.

i absolutely love staying here when i come to puerto. staff is super kind and helpful and the facilities are clean and comfortable. the only perk i see is that the wifi is very slow but it mostly works well in the pool area

The desk staff and bartender were great, very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself feels like a budget hotel, but it’s priced too high for the quality. This was the fourth hotel we stayed in during our Mexico trip so I do understand there are different expectations here. There were several details that, if attended to, could have made our stay more convenient and comfortable. The only window to our room overlooked the main entrance and the only curtains were blackout curtains. We should have had a set of curtains that alllowed us privacy while letting natural light in. We felt like we were staying in a cave. In addition there was only one rack for towels, and no hooks or clothes line. In a beach town where everyone is needing to hang wet suits and towels there should be someplace to do that. They were also stingy with the towels. No beach towels are provided so we had to buy our own. Inside the room we were given 2 bath towels and one hand towel. That’s it. No floor mat for the slippery tile floor and no washcloths. The WiFi was sketchy occasionally and the air conditioning worked but barely. I feel that even by Mexican standards, the price was too high for the level of amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa De Olas. Our apartment was perfect for the week. The staff is so helpful. Jorge at the front desk, Monica the bartender and all the cooks in the kitchen. This is a great place to stay because of the location and quiet too. Frank the fisherman was so great to work with for a nice cruise out for the day. Did not catch any fish but he sure tried hard.

el personal muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante, bar, etc. la alberca esta muy bonita y siempre limpia, los camastros y sillas, hamaca, tipis, todo muy limpio. Hay un pequeño gimnasio muy práctico. Los espacios de terraza y para meditación son excelentes. Recomiendo llevar repelente, hay mosquitos. La llegada y salida es mejor en taxi por las calles empedradas. Pero ahí ayudan a conseguirlo. Todo estuvo excelente. Gracias
