El diseño del hotel nos pareció original aunque no muy funcional. Lamentablemente se quedaron sin energía eléctrica durante más de 12 horas y no tuvimos aire acondicionado, agua, wifi… después hubo un problema con nuestro aire acondicionado y nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación.

El hotel está muy bonito, el servicio muy bueno muy atentos. Tuve un problema que yo estaba enfermo y el guardia en la noche me ayudó a ir al hospital. Tuve que dejar el hotel y me hicieron válidas las noches faltantes para después. La comida y el bar son buenos, en la noche el restaurante me parece algo costoso aunque entiendo que es Gourmet. Las calles para llegar allí están de terracería y algo desbaratadas no es culpa del hotel pero es para tener en cuenta. No hay cosas tan cerca, tienes que caminar 10-15 min. Pero está muy agradable el ambiente, sí lo recomiendo. Estaría chido que prestaran bicis o tuvieran shuttles a ciertas horas a la zona turística que está cerca

The good and not so good.

This is a new boutique 9 room hotel that has been written up in several architecture magazines. It is pretty striking- using sharp edged concrete everywhere with a dramatic circle theme in the lobby with its pool and sitting areas. The architecture is why we booked here. The restaurant food is excellent, however, we were insulted because the included breakfast only offered lesser breakfast fare compared with the rest of the menu. For the very high price to stay here, you weren't allowed bacon unless you paid. Come on....but you had to pay a gratuity on your 'free' breakfast. Dinner was high priced but worth it. The room is brutalist cave design, and it's cool, but there are flaws. Only luke warm water due to 'sun boilers', you stub you toe on all the concrete, there are 3 very sharp steps up to the toilet in its separate closet - not convenient in the middle of the night. No inside chair or desk, no tv, open concrete shower where water splashes out. Cool private outside patio but there are even higher concrete steps with wood 1/2 steps, to reach it. The mosquito folding screen does not have a tight fit. Functionally, the room comforts could be better. If you want a boutique modern vibe, swimming in the lobby-again cool, no tv, great but expensive food, this is the place. The road is abominable.

My partner and I stayed at Casa TO for five nights and every moment was fantastic. From the moment we parked our rental outside the hotel, their staff was there to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast included is Michelin star quality, which was a very welcome surprise. Highly recommend eating there for dinner as well! Our rooms were comfortable and just spacious enough. I love the added touch of providing candles for the room, which is very nice in the evening. The pool is a cold plunge pool, which is so nice after a hot day on the beach. The lobby and pool area are great places to relax, read a book, journal, as this area remains very peaceful, calm, and spa like which we enjoyed. The front reception were kind and met all of our needs and questions! I even needed to work on virtual calls for two days of my stay and the internet connection was great. No notes or negative feedback! You will surely enjoy your time here.

Would highly recommend Casa To! Booked a trip for my wife’s 30th and they accommodated everything and made it a really memorable trip. Gabi at the front desk was especially amazing, and provided excellent recommendations and made us both feel right at home. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel that’s really unique and peaceful. The breakfast and restaurant is also great! Only minor point (not the fault of the hotel and more surrounding area around it) whilst the walk to the beach is close by ~10min, the roads are not the best especially if walking at night, but it’s also easy enough to get taxis back if needed. Would still definitely recommend, and definitely come back!

It’s a great option for the area. Pet friendly which is hard to find. Small property but good use of space. The pool is covered but nice. Great restaurant, but expensive. Free breakfast is top notch. Not just a table of crap. Rooms are dark but comfortable. Great staff! Walkable to beach.
