Loved my stay!

First off location was perfect. Right by everything but quiet on the end. Staff 💗 was the best out my entire stay on Tenerife. The nicest most helpful from front desk to housekeeping. I’d stay anytime I’m in Tenerife.

The hotel is in a good position and the staff are friendly. However there isn't a lot of space around the pool and there isn't much atmosphere in the bar or general areas. Charging €15 per day to park and €4 for use of a room safe is excessive

Very nice staff

The staff was very friendly, smiling and provided the best service. The rooms are worn out. As the hotel is big ; the elevators in the mornings were problematic due to intesive use. There was so many people for breakfast that the staff had difficulties keeping up

The location of the property was top-notch, however the actual rooms within the hotel were old, dated, and little left to be desired. We actually saw a big roach on our balcony - not a great impression. Our rooms were small and the bathroom walls were yellow stained.

Seen it's glory days

The hotel has seen it's glory days. The service at the reception was super-slow 😴. Out of (only) 3 lifts just two was working. The furniture and the room all in all was very dated. We had half-board, and the dinner was tasteless (but much variations to choose from) but breakfast was good. The hotel is located well and our room with two balconies directly to the ocean had splendid views. Garage is a plus too.

Nice clean hotel but let down by the food

The hotel was nice and clean ,the staff were friendly and helpful . I had to pay €15 for parking but Puerto is a nightmare to park so I didn’t mind too much . I put my stuff in the safe and then it locked it in . I had to then pay €4 a day for the safe to get a code to open the safe . The room was nice and clean but no coffee making facilities or fridge . The pool was ok and clean . We were kept awake by a party going off in the hotel until after midnight . Then theirs the food !!! Not very nice at all and Luke warm this was for both the evening and breakfast . I wish we would have gone breakfast only so we could have gone out for dinner . We were also left trapped in the hotel as nobody told us about a cycle race that closed the hotel car park all day .
