In my opinion fergus has many issues to address My room 101 was old and tired yes it had been painted but that was all The outlook was awful ...facing big red pipes...steps..and never got the sun .....never sat on it once ! The room above the loading bay so noisey mornings . The bathroom had issues for me ...the height of the towel rail ....no hooks to hang towels on ...there was a dividing wall from the sink to the shower and could not get to the bath plug without standing in the bath . Toiletries could not be reached when in the bath as very very high up ....same as the shower . Positives a nice sleep comfy bed and pillows ....plus a mini fridge . Cleaners very good The pool on ground floor does not facilitate the capacity of the hotel ....pool size ....1 toilet and shower for each sex !!! Plus not enough sunbeds ....the usual running on a morning with a towel to secure a bed yet there are leaflets put on each bed saying only 40 minutes empty !! No one seemed to take notice of this what so ever!!!!! Out of 9 days i managed a bed three times and that was because i went late afternoon . The top pool was lovely for swimming but like climbing mount everest to get there . I counted only 12 beds plus a double canopy bed ....people were laid on the floor on their towels ! The drinks bar was not open ......so you had to walk up and down mount everest if you wanted a drink ! Positive a good swim pool ...quiet ...and personal space. The dining room was large and always a seat to

Clean and quiet

Clean and most importantly quiet, far away from the drunken louts of Los Cristianos, we even slept well over New Year. Decent breakfast and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Staff excellent, pricey over New Year but fair. Decent pool, lots of parking nearby. Hilly area but within the resort suitable for anyone.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Upon check-in, we were met with the friendliest staff who took a genuine interest in our stay and our comfort. The grounds are beautiful, with two pool areas that featured gorgeous landscaping and views of Teide. The location was ideal, an easy walk down hill (steep coming back up) to the ocean-side restaurants and bars, and a quick walk north to the stunning botanic garden. There were four of us, so we stayed in the suite with two balconies (one with a view of the ocean) and a separate bedroom area. The bathroom could use an update but it was all clean and functional. We had a car and used the hotel parking, which was convenient, though a tight squeeze. With an all-inclusive option (we didn't take, our stay was short), it's easy to see why guests stay a week or longer.

Zimmer war im 4.Stock, Meerblick. Sehr schöner Ausblick. Einrichtung, Bett alles ok. Im Badezimmer nur Badewanne. Personal am Empfang super; Restaurant Essen vielfĂ€ltig und gut, aber: Kleines Glas Bier vom Zapfhahn. Dauert extrem lange und dann drei Euro. Zu teuer. GetrĂ€nk kann nicht auf Zimmernummer gebucht werden, auch schlecht. Restaurant Ă€hnlich einer Kantine: ungemĂŒtlich und zu laut.

Schönes Hotel mit motiviertem Personal

Wir waren zunĂ€chst 4 Tage dort und haben dann, da es uns so gefiel nochmal verlĂ€ngert. Zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck gab es alles, was man sich wĂŒnscht. ParkplĂ€tze sind oberhalb des Hotels am Straßenrand vorhanden. Wir haben immer einen gefunden. Runter in den Ort bzw ans Wasser ging es ĂŒber einige Treppen, was wir nicht schlimm fanden, sind auch mehrfach am Wasser mit den Wellenreitern gewesen. Zum Hotel gehören zwei Pools, wobei am höher liegenden zu unserer Zeit nichts los war. Personal war immer freundlich und motiviert.

Rien a dire, trĂšs bien

En couple plus un ado. Avec petit dĂ©jeuner . TrĂšs confortable, trĂšs bonne literie mĂȘme pour le lit supplĂ©mentaire. Petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs copieux et variĂ© . Nous avons rĂ©ussi sans problĂšme tous les jours Ă  nous garer gratuitement dans la rue en remontant de l’hĂŽtel Ă  moins de 300m Le parking de l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait complet . On y reviendra !

Ok för ett kort stopp med bil.

Vi stannade en natt och det var ok för oss. LÀget Àr lite utanför centrum & strand. Ganska brant upp till hotellet frÄn centrum. Stort hotell, mycket folk, smÄ pooler. Bra parkering i garage för 15euro. Bra rum men vi kommer nog inte vÀlja att bo dÀr igen.

ErittÀin jyrkÀssÀ rinteessÀ vilkkaan kadun varrella. Merelle pÀin olevat huoneet rauhallisia hienolla nÀköalalla. Aamiaisella olisi kaivannut tuoreita kasviksia ja juustoakaan ei ollut tarjolla sÀmpylÀn pÀÀlle. Das ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Insbsonders das Personal an der Reception half mir nach KrĂ€ften in einer Notlage (Ausweisverlust) Das Essen war fĂŒr ein Kettenhotel dieser Art ĂŒberdurchschnittlich gut. Gerne wieder!

De kamers waren netjes en schoon maar door het hele hotel heen hing een vreemde vieze geur die ik niet thuis kon brengen. Daarnaast was het ontbijtbuffet niet zo bijzonder. Verder was de service goed en zat het hotel op een mooie plek.
