The property is a little dated and needs to freshen up in areas. But it is clean and the staff work tirelessly to keep all area's clean and tidy for guests . The food is ok but can be improved on. Overall I enjoyed my stay and close to the shops and amenities.

The property is in the best location being in the center of town and around 500m from the beach and around 40m from a large groceries shop. It is a very quiet area with great great landscaping theoughout the road. The staff are extremely helpfull and friendly during food service. The only let down was the food on the weekend , and it is a little run down in upper communal areas. For the the price you pay per night , it can not be beaten , we enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again.

Very not happy with this hotel. The people and the food are OK but the room is absolutly not like on the picture. The door on the balcony can't be locked, the bathroom is small and when there is music in the bar it's very noisy until late in the night and it's difficult to sleep. This hotel looks old and very need a renovation . SURE NOT A 4 STARS , just 2 . I really not recommanded

Paid for a double room got two single beds not even made up for a couple so we had to sleep separately. Beds were old and springs hurt my back, chambermaid woke us up at 9am by coming into our room for some reason when check out was at 12.

Bad 3 star not 4 star

This is not a 4 star hotel, it's a poor 3 star. There is very little service, the decor is old and tired, the mattresses are hard. They charge extra for everything, such as using the safe in your room! You must give a deposit for the safe, towels etc. the shower was broken, the wifi didn't work, the safe needed to be fixed before it could be used, the toilet kept water running instead of filling the cistern.

Management is greedy. Safes are already in the rooms. Yet they charge for their use. They charge for changing towels. These are hidden charges. No amenities whatsoever. No tea coffee making facilities. They won't even lend a kettle. Staff is courteous but not helpful. Breakfast buffet has many things; none tasty. They don't even make omlette.

The food is terrible even when in when 1st opens the food is cold. There is a microwave but shouldn't have to use for every meal. No vegetables for dinner but serves sprouts and other veg for breakfast. Sunbeds are uncomfy. Positive hotel and rooms clean and comfy. All staff friendly

El alojamiento es normal. Esta en un via principal. El ruido de coches es constante. La limpieza y el personal de limpiza es lo mejor. La cama es comoda. El buffet de desayuno mas bien flojo en lo referente a bebidas. Los zumos son totalmente artificiales (azucar puro). El resto de buffet de desayuno: flojo. El personal de recepción algo desagradable. El check in. No nos ayudaron lo suficiente por un problema entre ellos y la agencia de viajes. Engaño en la publicidad.

Slitet men trevligt

Hotellet ligger i utkanten av centrum. Nära till stranden. All inklusive ingick i vistelsen maten varierades varje dag. Underhållning varje kväll. Poolområdet var bra med många solstolar. Hotellet är slitet och skulle behöva en rejäl renovering. Rummet hade en liten balkong med utsikt mot havet. Städning ok. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, det var det bästa med vistelsen.
