My husband and I have been going to PA for well over a decade now - a couple of times a year and we just love it. It’s a little gem of a Spot. We already booked our trip to go back to this hotel in February with a group of friends. We had the best time and the staff was so attentive. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back soon.

Friendly staff, great views of the Caribean and excellent swimming. A very relaxed atmosphere and restaraunts and bars are right across the street.

I love this place but it can do with some upgrades. It’s the first hotel I like to stay at in the riviera Maya, not pretencious and also not an all inclusive. Very family oriented and quiet. The rooms can do with some upgrades, the table lamps are rusted and there’s some paint peeling in the bathrooms. Overall I love this place and want to come back!

Viaje familiar

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable, nos gustó mucho el lugar, la playa que estaba limpia y le limpiaban el sargazo, la comida también muy rica, nuestra habitación muy cómoda y la vista al mar increíble. La ubicación también excelente, frente a los restaurantes de Puerto Aventuras y ese desarrollo turístico es muy bonito y muy seguro.

Definitely would stay again

This is a fantastic place to stay for a couple. We only needed space for 2, so we had a single bed room. The shower opens up to the balcony where there is a hot tub, and screens are provided to keep it private. Staff was very courteous, food was excellent, A+++
