Loved our return stay. Property constantly adding touches! Many prior stays and many to come. Great new faces and as always the tremendous staff who add so much to what already is a wonderful property and location. Can't be beat. We look forward to our return stay in the fall if not sooner. Really want to bring attention to Rodolfo, Hermelinda, Ronnie at the bell station, Rocita in houskeeping, Magaly at the beach, and of course Fernando and his fine leadership, The boys in the preferred lounge and Jazi, Adriana, Paulina and Karen the MOD as well as the wonderful Berenice and her wonderful activity program!!!!

Had to switch rooms due to smell (sewage and fish) and humidity. Others did as well. Resorts is old and not adult friendly. Wont keep kids out of the little “adult pool”. Alcohol is low shelf cheap headache recipe. Its just an old resort and not what weve seen from dreams riviera maya. Wouldnt stay again. Marina town is fun and cute little village with restaurants better than resort.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff were incredible. There was a lot of seaweed that did not allow us to use the beach at all, so although it is not the hotel's fault, they should at least warn people when things like this happen so we are prepared. The other thing I will say is that, with just a few restaurants on site, they should keep them all open every day and not have a "schedule" they don't follow. The Mexican was not open on any day I was there so I had to eat in the same place 2 nights.

From Emilio, our concierge, to Amado and Jazi, the bartenders at the Preferred restaurant; Roberto at the pool and cabanas; and Katya and Karen serving drinks and food—everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. The hotel’s location is excellent, and we enjoyed beautiful weather throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic week at Dreams. Rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked. Rooms service was quick and staff were so kind and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the non stop fun and activities from sun up to sun down. The activities team was so much fun! À la carte breakfast lunch and dinner without the need for reservations was a huge bonus! Will definitely go back again.
